花蓮 Cozy Stay 舒適好宅 — Hotel in Hualien City

5 stars for hospitality and cozy vibes.The host was outstanding - great communication, super accommodating, and has a lovely personality. My friend and I were originally planning to stay in Hualien for 2 nights but there was an incoming typhoon so we decided to leave earlier on the second day.

Without even asking, the host called Agoda (booking service) to give us as a refund for the night that we will not be spending there. This is the best B&B stay I’ve experienced so far. The owner of the B&B is very genuine and generous. She went the extra mile of helping us sort out some booking issues, she is clearly very passionate about what she does She also went the extra mile of ensuring that there are not just Fruits and tidbits in the house but even instant noodles in case guests are in a rush. Stayed 3 nights. The host Ms Lin's hospitality and kindness was way beyond. We were met with Typhoon Koinu on 5/10 when we were leaving for taipei. Schools and work were suspended, and train to taipei was subjected to suspension as well.
