Read moreLocation is as convenient as you can get: close to subway (which is one stop away only from the train station), close to coffee shops, breakfast shops and being on a big road also to other places of interests.||The room: pretty clean overall, everything functional, bathroom alright.||The staff was helpful and nice. ||I guess due the pandemic, the hotel has installed automated check-in counters. Sadly, the system only accepts national IDs and passports, it doesn’t recognize the ARC, so if you are a foreigner who resides in Taiwan it makes it not very useful (dang!).||That being said, some cons.|I was a bit disappointed as the room was listed as ‘no view’ which I foolishly assumed it didn’t mean ‘no window’ but ‘window with no view’. But it turned out to be no window (aka a thick glass thing which can probably qualify as window but that cannot be opened and, of course as listed, with no view). |Another bummer was the air conditioning vent right above the door which desperately needed some cleaning. Every time I would enter and turn the power on, the vent would cough down a cloud of dust/foam pieces which made the surface of the desk unusable. |Grand finale: the cover of the card slot next to the door came out and fell on the floor right as I was about to check-out.||So yeah, bits of flaws here and there but...

Had to find space to fit two 28” luggages. No USB ports available in the room, so pls bring along a travel adapter to charge your devices. ||||Basic amenities provided - toothbrush, shampoo, shower gel, shower cap, hairdryer, razor, cotton buds, towels, 2 bottles of water, kettle.||||Laundry room has 2 washing machines and 1 dryer and is only opened from 9am to 9pm probably cos it’s located together w the rooms at level 10. Cost NT50 to use each equipment so pls prepare some coins.||||Water dispenser (hot, cold, room temp) available at levels 3, 7 and 10 of the hotel. ||||If u come via kmrt, nearest station is houyi. Nearest exit is exit 3 (only up-riding escalator & stairs). Elevator only available at exit 2 which isn’t that far off.||||One of the train exit leads to pxmart which is a well stock supermarket. There’s also a Watsons just beside pxmart.
