莫內花園山莊Mone Garden Inn Cingjing — Hotel in Renai Township

The rating here might be rigged. Just be careful to read the bad reviews. I went through them again after staying and I should have read more before deciding. The only good part about this place is that it's cheaper. We didn't have a good experience staying here.

0. Very slow wifi.

1. Don't stay here unless you have a car. It's highly inaccessible. We were told there is shuttle transport from the hotel. But it is leaving at very odd timing. E.g. it leaves at 2pm to the green green grassland when obviously the sheep sheering starts at 230. To get a decent seat, you need to be there early. By 2pm, there is almost no seats left. It leaves the grassland at 530 Pm when the place close at 5pm. We had to wait for 30 min for the shuttle. It could have been shorter.

2. we had bad experience with the male staff. 2a)On the shuttle information slip, it says it will pick up at North and South entrance of green green grassland. But not only did they not inform us where to wait, we were scolded when we are waiting at one of them. The driver said he called us but our phone never rang.

2b) The shuttle slip, it says it will send us to the south entrance at 9am. But we were sent to the north entrance (by now we began to suspect the driver has some problem with direction)

2c) We told the hotel to fetch us at 1120am at 国民宾馆. The driver was late and never bothered to call us. We waited for 15 min and called the hotel. The bus was late for a total 20 min. With an annoyed face, the driver told us there is a terrible traffic Jam. I understand it may not be your fault but I thoughts we are the one annoyed here? Do note that this is a single lane per direction traffic, so if there is a jam, it will affect both direction. On our way up, there is a bus breakdown but we took only 10 min. So obviously the claim that the jam cost them 30 min is...

We absolutely loved our stay at Mone Garden Inn at Cingjing and highly recommend it to anybody looking a cozy and warm place to stay at cingjing. It is located at a convenient place with 7-11 and family mart just a few meters away.

When we first arrived, the hotel employees guided us on the best and cheapest way to visit the nearby attractions (Swiss Garden, CingJing Farm, CingJing Sky Bridge). They provided us with bus schedules and taxi driver contacts, allowing us to navigate the area easily. Additionally, the rooms were cozy and spacious with the inn also providing a free DVD rental area at the lobby with a wide range of movies selection (i was really impressed at the diverse range of movies provided).

The owners and staffs are friendly, sincere and genuine. During our trip, a typhoon brought heavy rain which resulted in landslides at the lower parts of the mountain, blocking our exit down. Knowing this, the owners and employees provided free accommodation at the inn for 2 days!! They even helped to prepare steamboat for lunch and dinner at no cost. When we offered to compensate them for their kindness, they refused our money as they believe that it was their duty to help their guests in times of crisis.

If you are looking for a safe, warm, cozy and friendly homestay in cingjing, we strongly recommend this holiday inn. Their warmth and kindness will definitely make your holiday even...

The room is very clean, and breakfast is nice, there are cute cats will play with you. Location is great, very closed to 7-11. It has parking, and easy to find the resort, I will stay again, wish you enjoy your trip. In addition, it is better to check the weather in advance, because if it's rainy day for fogging day, it is not good to visit 清境farm, because most important is to see the high mountain scene...
