The room was okay, not too small but not large either. Its location is next to the highway so it could get noisy during traffic rush hours. On the bright side, it makes it easier for me to travel to customers that I am visiting within this area due to the highway connectivity making it easier. The reception and staff was super friendly and helpful towards me who did not speak a cent of Taiwanese mandarin. They have joint service with a taxi/transport carrier that could accommodate your travels within the area of Hsinchu and in addition to that, they also help with your transfer from the hotel to Taiwan airport. Breakfast was standard Taiwanese breakfast with congee and its assorted accompaniment.
