時間：2021年1月16日下午 延續兩天的晴朗，氣溫20度，大風 路易莎咖啡竹北東元店 餐點：在眾多連鎖咖啡業者裏路易莎符合價位水平，如果想喝杯咖啡與人閒聊，這裡不失是個好去處。 地點：竹北交流道南下出口左轉，交通方便，停車由於緊鄰東元醫院，除公有路邊停車場外，亦有私人路外平面停車場。 座位區：共分兩層，樓下較為寬敞，樓上是不少學子們讀書探討的地方（今天見到的除了我們，都是讀書的同學）也近滿座。 我喜歡路易莎，整體環境舒服，但是各店區域及裝置有所差異，不過竹北東元店因是路易莎裏前端店家。

ここのコーヒーミルクが後味も良くカフェラテよりも好き。 サンドイッチやフォッカッチャなどの軽食も充実してて　かつ　美味しい。 また、今時カフェの定番　フリーWiFiも完備。 金額もリーズナブルだし、どこにでもあるからスタバに行く回数が著しく減ったな 台湾カフェを知ると日本のカフェに戻れないよw

Not a good working space... the music is too loud. The other Louisa branches play jazz or lighter music. The rap, rock and EDM music is very distracting. The food and...

Great place to have a quiet lunch and coffee. Second floor seating really cuts out the road noise.

環境很乾淨，基本上服務都很不錯，但有一位小姐服務態度不是很nice 她剛從廁所出來站在旁邊整理自己，我跟媽媽在廁所找不到燈所以我問她燈在哪裡，她手上在弄她的圍裙，她用”頭”指燈的方向，我以為在廁所裡面旁邊牆壁，結果我又跟媽媽跑進去廁所旁邊牆壁找燈，她也知道我又跑進廁所一直在找，但她一樣站在旁邊但沒有阻止我，我又在跑出廁所問她燈不在那找不到，原來是在她站的旁邊牆壁上(沒有很靠近廁所)...她表情無奈再跟我說一遍... 後來她在櫃檯跟她同事說我，我就剛好經過只好跟她們說不好意思是我找不到燈...
