喝了這麼多家黑沃，第一次遇到這麼讓人生氣的。 去兌換2杯咖啡問我是寄杯還是贈送的，回答贈送的跟我說那只能換一杯，我說怎麼其他門市都可以換兩杯，是新規定？那我就換一杯，結果升級拿鐵+20，店員又跟我說+30，我說為什麼別家都20你們是30？我知道價格有調整，我也這禮拜才去別的門市換過都沒有這些規定，就這門市什麼都跟人家不一樣，而且好像是我在無理取鬧似的，感覺真的很差。如果不想配合這些活動可以不要配合，配合了又什麼都跟人家不一樣，本來喝咖啡的好心情都沒了。最後也打電話去總公司確認贈品兌換是否有規定杯數，總公司回覆寄杯裡頭有幾杯就可以換幾杯，除非現場販售完畢，也確認+20升級是否變+30，總公司回覆美式咖啡60和拿鐵80差價也是20，故所以並無+30這件事。感覺真的差爆了，建議以後要做贈品兌換的客人往前一點到竹...
