Mina Chai bed and breakfast — Hotel in Arusha

All the staff is extremely welcoming and speak good English! They are so kind and help you with everything! The food they serve is excellent. They even provided gluten-free and lactose free mails for me. The sleeping room is very nice. Good bed, a fan and a nice big washroom with a good hot shower. Fast wifi connection everywhere! The living room is very cosy with a big sofa where you can watch TV (incl. International channels) and relax like home. They also arranged a nice massage for us. The location is perfect! It's quiet and safe so we slept very good. Sakina is a very nice place to walk around. With a taxi it's only 10 minutes tot he city centre for 5000 tzh. They picked us up and brought us back to our pick up location from Impalla Shuttles. We recommend to go to the food and textile market. It's also close to all the safari companies. Review: highly recommended overnight stay for Arusha and Safari trips. Room: clean rooms with own bathroom. The condition of the rooms are new. You will also have access to a living room and dining table to share with other guests. It is comparable with a home stay at a friend's house. Breakfast: the breakfast is being served depending on the guests. Watermelon juice, omelette and toasts are included in the stay. The place is lovely but I had an experience where the owner asked for me to be locked out because I came in after midnight. No communication on house rules had been made earlier. Also, the main door was locked without a way for guests in the house to unlock the door which i thought was odd. Still, Zena was lovely and calm about everything.
