Beautiful spot in the heart of Karatu. Great swimming pool ( don’t know if many around...) What I loved about the place is the hospitality and the warm light heart staff and the manager philomena is just adorable and super helpful for anything you need! Facilities and rooms are great. Restaurant on the top floor offers fantastic food with beautiful view of the area. Breakfast is very rich. LocTed minutes away from the main road and walking distance to Sparow the best night club around. Recommend to try if it is for a day after / before safari or just to stay a few days to explore the place around !

A very bad stay experience: 1) The sound insulation was very poor. There were motorcycle noises all night from the street. 2) The pillows in the hotel were not clean and I didn't sleep well. Small rashes appeared on my skin. 3) A key was found under the hotel bed sheets, which made my child sleep very bad at night. It was obvious that the room cleaning staff didn't clean thoroughly. I will not stay here again!

It is a nice hotel but expensive one. Arusha is a touristic location and everyone is getting the advantage of it. So their price is also unnecessarily high. They also never give a fix price, change it according to your outfit, nationality and change from one staff to another. This is a very annoying behaviour. Rooms are good, breakfast is okay, pool is okay, location is good and quiet.

I transferred to the Omega earlier in May.|It was a great choice.|The hotel is super clean, spacious and very friendly.|I was met by Mr Peter the owner and introduced to the staff. All speak English.|The hotel has a large pool which was heaven to plunge into after a days work. |The breakfast and dinner are fabulous. |The chef and his team are excellent cooks. |Sabina has been looking after me for all my stay and she has been a delight! |All the waiting staff are very courteous and eager to please.|I simply cant fault the level of service.|I have been coming To Tanzania for 5 years on NGO projects and The Omega is the best hotel I have stayed in. |I have also stayed in the Safari lodges locally and much prefer The Omega. |Food, service, WIFI, cleanliness, all of it excellent. |10...

We stayed at Omega View Hotel as part of our safari, and it was a perfect stop before and after Ngorongoro and Serengeti. The hotel is clean, peaceful, and well-located, with great service and good food. The swimming pool and bar area were a nice place to relax after long drives.||What made our stay truly memorable was the special honeymoon surprise the staff prepared for us — a beautiful and thoughtful gesture that made us feel so welcome and appreciated.
