Serengeti Villa Arusha — Hotel in Arusha

We loved our stay at Serengeti Villa! We were made to feel welcome as soon as we stepped through the gates. The hotel and rooms were clean and beautifully decorated - exactly how they were shown in the photos. The manager, Frank, went above and beyond throughout our stay including helping us to exchange our dollars and organising taxis.||We also received a delicious fresh home cooked breakfast every morning and were also lucky to have a traditional Tanzanian meal each evening. The hotel has an amazing atmosphere, all guests are invited to sit by the log fire in the evening which is a great way to meet and chat to other travellers. There is also a bar where we got delicious freshly made cocktails and local beers.||The staff are kind and were attentive throughout our stay. The hotel is gated and there are always staff on site so you feel safe. The hotel also offers a laundry service and we were able to pay by card, which was really handy!||Thank you to Frank and his team, they played a huge part in making our holiday amazing and we could not recommend Serengeti Villas more. We hope to be back...

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Serengeti Villa in Arusha! From the moment we arrived, the host Frank impressed us with his warm and welcoming personality. He is truly the kind of host you dream of – always available, always helpful, and somehow able to arrange anything. Whether it was organizing a safari tour, accompanying us to the ATM, or even finding a beautiful piece of jewelry for my wife, Frank made it happen.

The food was another highlight. Both breakfast and dinner came in generous portions, and the quality was excellent – authentic, delicious Swahili cuisine that is hard to find this fresh and lovingly prepared.

The property itself is beautifully designed, with a lot of attention to detail and a relaxing atmosphere that makes you feel at home right away. Our bungalow room was fantastic – cozy, clean, and equipped with everything we needed.

If I had to mention anything negative at all, it would only be two tiny details: the water pressure could have been a bit stronger, and there was a slight draft in the room – but neither of these minor points took away from our...

Wonderful lodge ! It’s a very special place with very cute construction. It doesn’t feel like hotel but like home. Lots of sweet decoration, plant and other details. Also there is a nice outside area with plants and lots of chill out areas (with charging possibilities). In the evening they even make a fire where people can comfortably sit together.

Not only the place, also the people are really nice. We got all needed help, even one lady helped us going to buy things from market. Also breakfast was really good and served well by the friendly staff.

It was the cheapest and nicest hotel in our Tanzania Backpacking tour. Next time in Arusha, we defently come...
