First of all I would like to thank them for the accommodation's answers to my request and assistance of the young man who assisted us to find the way to the accommodation and also was the same one dealing with our meals and room assignings. He even managed to arrange a change of room immediately as we showed dissatisfaction to the state of the other configuration. However, so much is in question and an advise would be to renew this whole property. Nothing against the Young man, just the owner should check again what he/she sells on booking.com platform

Why did I rate 1 star to this accommodation then? You see, for a stay of 48hours, the minimum was to be honest to us about the state of the accommodation from the old pictures to what we saw when we reached there. the first room looked slightly similar to what we were expecting. The rooms were not cleaned as proof enough someone else's biscuit wrapper was still in the room Under the bed as my mother looked for her lost earring which fell. I would ask for a refund if the opportunity arose and truly express my honest disatisfaction to the condition in which we were exposed to for 48hours.

The first night we had to check the configurations as per what we booked on booking.com. When looking at the rooms, we were dissapointed. My brother was booked for the quadruple deckers sharing room and he mentioned to us that it was fully booked for the moment and that there is another alternative. That was quarter of the issues already after a long trip all tired. We were then showed the second house that you see on the picture of their site looks nice and clean? The kitchen as you can see from the pictures is out of order I can say. The Young man said it was out of order. How is that possible for an air BNB to have rooms available but the kitchen and water supply are out of order?? We used buckets of water to shower for the 48hours we stayed at the accommodation. Even for a certain standard low or middle, the minimum comfort is required!!! at some point the Young man seem to not stand our complaints perhaps does not have any knowledge of what it means for a client to be satisfied and confortable for a night or two in an accommodation claiming to be comfortable? This cannot be a bed and breakfast accommodation as the breakfast is yet to be questioned. The same staff (Young man) bringing water buckets for us to shower, welcoming guests and I'm not sure what else duties are on his hands, cannot make breakfast for clients this is a hygene questioning issue. unacceptable! We asked for early breakfast before we leave it seemed complex for him so he suggested to make the breakfast the night before so we have it in the Morning but to heat it with what and in an out of order kitchen? Are we to disturb other guests early in the Morning in the second house just for us to heat up the breakfast? It should be a more organised service and ready for last minutes and not feeling like we are a burden as guests.

The Young man has tried his level best but lost patience at each detail we noticed as clearly wrong even Booking.com cannot tolerate such standard!!! The bathroom is not as the pictures. This is pure catfish. I'm very angry and took my time to decide whether to help other travellers not to choose this place or leave the accommodation keep decieving customers!!!

I would rather advise this accommodation to renovate immediately if they wish to keep selling online and attract more clients. I will not ask for a refund as let this amount I paid to help you to renovate honestly. Ensure the minimum comfort for the guests because there it really feels like an abandoned cellar.

Well Hamid is a very nice host and helped us in many ways he agreed us to pay by card which is very helpful for us so we avoid the hustle of getting cash out of ATMs. He also helped us order a ride to the airport as most of ride-share app drivers want cash Room comes with a/c so feels great and surprisingly wifi was fast

A taste of Tanzania, electricity drops constantly, extremely hot outside of my room, poorly maintained, stains in the bedding, shower pressure nonexistent
