The location is great, the food is lousy. Tasteless fried chicken. No network or the WI-FI ain't working. Communication is via word of mouth as no office line is working. Seems like it used to be a great place but it all worn out. From ceiling to the floors. Only to find out there's another hotel by the same name 'Serene' this one is Serene Annex. Run from this Annex. this hotel should be either shut down for good or shut down for renovations
