Tourist stay away from this property.|The owner is very dishonest and uncooperative.|I booked at Mad Monkey for one month only to find out on arrival the owner overbooked hotel and tried to relocate me to a lesser quality and unsafe location without my consent.|I booked this hotel because of the location and convenience to Moshi, plus all of my activities were to take place from this location.|The owner tried to move me to a different property, telling me that I had to understand.|The owner tried to make me feel like it was my fault.|The owner would not take the courtesy to cancel my reservation and said if I didn’t stay at new location I would have to pay cancelation fees. Quiet, peaceful, quaint and clean.

Great place close to Keys Hotel with a variety of options for rooms; single, double and some with bunk beds. Very spacious and clean rooms although no fans so it can be warm during the day. The bathrooms are shared, 2-3 rooms per bathroom.

The hosts- Beatrice and Amani - are some of the friendliest people I've met in Moshi; they are very forward with offering help. My whole stay went very smoothly from arrival, payment, meals and they even helped organize transport for me. Always available even when I returned late at night.
