Cleaning could be improved. Not remarkable continental breakfast with few options was served in the restaurant.

I stayed at this hotel in September 2018 when on business in Morogoro. The hotel room was comfortable but is very dated and not very well maintained. I moved rooms the first night because the shower was just a trickle. Once I moved, it was ok, with hot water available every day.||||On the positive side, the hotel is very central and within walking distance to a few restaurants (don’t walk at night however), and has very good WiFi particularly on the terrace. It has a big pool which looked very clean. The terrace menu was very long, but I would recommend the Indian food above all the others. I had excellent curries each night. ||||One major negative was the noise every night that went on, sometimes well after midnight, from a club in town (even during the week). Some of the rooms are not sound-proofed enough and are oriented to receive the noise. In addition, the pool/terrace lights are on until late. It was very annoying not to be able to sleep. ||||If you are a light sleeper like myself, ask the owner when checking in to put you in a room where these will not bother you (ground floor may be better). The owner did offer to move me after the second night of this, but as I only had one more night to go (and had already moved once), I declined. This hotel sorely needs maintenance and updating, but is value for money if you can look past some of the irritations.
