According to booking.com jumia.com and trip-advisor this hotel offered free wi-fi and air conditioning. Some of the problems we found in this hotel include:|No lift/elevator, no internet connectivity, no wi-fi, no a/c, no mosquito nets, no sink plug, no hot water !!! No door-handle on the bathroom door, all the food is served cold, no electric plug connection for the television, no electric plug connection for the fridge, no toilet roll holder, broken fixture for the toilet washer, no clothes hangers in the wardrobe. ||There were other problems, but I think you get the message - DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL. We did get some of our money back, but only after we reported the Hotel to the Police and got the police to accompany us back to the hotel to...
