I recently had the pleasure of staying at Olivia Guesthouse in Mwanza, and it was an outstanding experience that deserves all five stars!

We had stayed here last year under different management and different name (wag hill) and were just as pleased this year with fantastic friendly service from the staff and manager Benny. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and breakfast is freshly prepared with love. You can order food from the rooftop cafe. Which is also quite good. Forgot to take any photos as we were very tired from our long days driving from rwanda. But can highly recommend you stay at Olivia. For comfort ..for great location.. and beautiful rooms The a/c was excellent too and we will be back...

Olivia guest house in Mwanza, Tanzania was an amazing place … even tho I arrived well after midnight, I was still welcomed as if it were the middle of the day. The room was really large, well furnished and very clean. The bed was so comfortable too. I awoke to hear the birds singing and saw that the guest house is set in delightful gardens. I also had a lovely balcony. It really was very well located too - Walking distance from the shoreline and easy to get into the main centre of mwanza.
