BONASERA Grill House — Restaurant in Mwanza Region

Really bad service: we ordered food and mine was coming fast and was delicious but what happened afterwards is really horrible. My girlfriend ordered some vegetables with bagels and when I was served she was not. First we waited then we asked them and they were surprised they didn't even knew what she ordered. Then they said it will come in some minutes I was already done with my plate and so we accepted to eat separately. They came with a salad!!! After 2 hours waiting they show up with another plate. We showed them what we ordered and we wanted to leave to get food elsewhere. The chef was coming and said my girlfriend's plate will be served that it's ready. We gave them one more chance. We went here on the recommendation of the reviews and the fish. But it was very disappointing. The location is good and the staff pleasant. There was a stand for live music that had potential. However the whole grilled fish was clearly previously cooked and reheated. It was so dry and inedible. A huge disappointment. We sent it back and after a little negotiation we essentially did not pay for it. The shame is that coming from the States for such a brief opportunity to try fresh lake Tilapia it was a waste of a dining experience.
