Our family rented the apartment with 2 bedrooms. Usual amenities like soap, shampoo, body lotion, and mineral water are provided. Only toothbrush and paste must be requested before they provide for free. They are re-supplied every day. The apartment is also cleaned daily.
Service is like most Thailand, friendly but not suffocating. There was once I asked a security if they have a minimart nearby, and he actually brought me all the way to the place, fearing that I might not find the way. I felt so special!
Too bad we can't find the swimming pool. Seems like it's in another building which entrance we can't find. Breakfast is nice, but need more variety. Guess can request other food that is not served on the table at the time, like omelette and pancakes. Wifi is limited to one account. Only when we asked for 2 they gave us an additional account.
