Good food - bad service!

I often went to this restaurant during the pandemic and was always satisfied. And when the restaurant was almost empty, you were always very welcome

We wanted to go there again today. I am currently injured, wear a splint and walk with a walking aid. The restaurant was full and we were told several times that we were number 1 on the waiting list. Although it was clear that we wanted a table (because of my leg), we were then seated several times at the sushi bar with high stools. After that, more than 10 people who came after us were seated at tables and we were ignored.

We waited almost 30 minutes in the heat outside the restaurant. If we hadn't been told that we were the first, I wouldn't have bothered. I always run up big bills because I love Japanese food. There are many other good Japanese restaurants in Bangkok with...

Long been their customer, not only maguro but others resto under them, BUT… It’s like they are using the residual parts that aren’t/ shouldn’t be considered as sashimi/sushi grade for this promotion.

Can you see the fish tendon, the white parts, they are NOT fatty part… they are hard to chew-__-

(My friend, who is also a loyal customer, also told me the salmon promotion at thb129 earlier sucks, found both fish tendon and fishbone in SASHIMI PIECES…)

One of the best Japanese chain restaurants. This restaurant has some appetizers like nut and fried shrimp for starter and also include clear soup. Sushi and rolls are very nice, fish is very fresh, good taste, good portion between rice and fish. Fish is big size and rice is proper size. Sashimi is very big peice of fish, can cut to the half size for 2 portions. Fish is fresh. Octopus is easy to bite. Best match with the sushi rice. Green tea is nice, not sweet, good green tea smell.
