Quiet villa with private pools in each suite that feels perfect for a romantic trip. The location is rather out of the way of everything so you can rarely hear any traffic. Nearby there is the local night market that is only open on Mondays and Thursdays that seems to be popular among the Muslim community in this area. Absolutely love the breakfast which is always delivered to the room at any time of my choice between 8-10am. The menu offers a choice of fried rice, pad thai, omelette, fried eggs or scrambled eggs, and this is always served with toasts with jam and butter, cereal with milk, and fruit juices that are too sweet and thick to be freshly squeezed. The private saltwater pools are cleaned every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday so they're well-maintained, and on top of that, each contains a jacuzzi corner, a mini waterfall, and underwater light so it can be used even at night. Each pool is surrounded by walls so you have perfect privacy while you chill in the water or on the loungers or at the coffee table. Chilling with some tea next to the pool in the evening is pretty amazing. Alternatively, there is a huge bathtub in the bathroom that can definitely fit two people, though the warm water gets merely lukewarm by the time it reaches the tub, so using the kettle to help fill the tub might be a good idea. Room service beyond the breakfast is also available from a nearby restaurant and cafe at no extra charge and only takes about 40 minutes to an hour to arrive, typically closer to an hour and ten minutes on weekends which is understandable. The only downside is that the walls are thin, so loud conversations can be quite audible beyond each wall. This is the worst experience Ive ever had. |We arrived at night and it was raining hard so we were thinking we could order room service for dinner. But we were told theres no room service after certain time (no one ever told us about it) Next morning when I ordered, i realised the hotel actually did not have any restaurant, they gave us another restaurant menu and they ordered takeaway to serve their customer. Next morning we went out at 4:30pm and asked for room cleaning, they told us no cleaning after 4pm, ridiculous point was, no ever knocked our door and asked if we wanted cleaning at all. The day after we went out earlier and asked someone to clean our room. when we came back, only the bed was made with the same bed sheet. No cleaning, bathroom not cleaned, rubbish still in the room, nothing was wiped. What’s the room cleaning for?! Ive never been to a hotel this far away from town but no service and the cleaning was no good at all. I will come...

The resort is comfy and nice. But the location is quite far from town area. Because of that, the environment is quite peaceful and quiet.

The private pool is nice but can found inserts on the pool after over the night. The staff is very helpful as they will help to clean up everytime when we requested. They also have deep cleaning schedule for pool 3 times a week. Thumbs up to their service.

The staffs are friendly and nice also. The breakfast will be served in the room. Their breakfast serves main course, toast, fruits, milk and fruit juices. One downside is the room is not sound proof, can heard the music playing on the next room. And the bathing water flow is not so strong. Overall, it's a affordable and nice private pool resort in Phuket.

Last but not least, thanks for their decoration for our wedding anniversary. Their decoration not just on the bed, but the whole room including bath tub..so sweet of them....
