Nice 4 stars hotel by the Sri-Racha bay. Not luxury but decent and good quality. Most visitor are family and business traveler (less tourist), so it's mostly quiet except on the weekend. I stayed here for almost 2 months and overall I have pleasant experience. Check in I arrived at the evening, on the weekend. No queue. But usually in the weekend, this hotel is packed with long queue of family getaway.

Room Nice view of the sea (beautiful sunset every evening). The bed was firm and comfy, so were the pillows. The room is less sound-proof, but as light sleeper I still had some good sleep. The furniture was okay, just basic. Minifridge (cooler), hairdryer and ironing table were provided. General lighting in the room was kind of dim. AC was cool enough, but I felt it's getting hot during night time (maybe some setting from centralized control), so I had to set it few degrees lower before bed. Shower room and toilet have see-through glass door. It's fine when you stay alone or with spouse, but it'd be awkward staying with family or friend. Water pressure of the shower was not bad, but sometimes less strong. And water temperature was not consistence.

Breakfast The food was okay, could be better with seasoning, but it has a lot of selections (Thai and continental dish). Except the Thai menu, it's same menu almost every-f-day (not the hotel's fault, it's me who stay that long). But I like the their thai-milktea and noodle soup. There's dimsum (shumai and bao only) on the weekend.

Facility Gym, spa, swimming pool, rooftop bar, restaurant, lounge. Free shuttle 3x a day (fixed time) to Koh Loi (passengers pier) and Central SriRacha (shopping mall). Nice sunset view on the evening from the pool. They tried to push to sell their food from the pool restaurant, so no food from outside (disappointing). Daily free laundry included in my rate, but I'd be nice if the hotel use fabric refresher for the laundry instead of just wash.

Staff Good hospitality, but could put more smile and friendliness/welcoming vibe among the front line staff. Some of them are friendly and greet me everyday and recognize me as long-stay guest. Most of the rest is just there glancing at my RBF. Special thanks to housekeeper guy from 8th floor and concierge guy who speaks 4 languages, team from Food Exchange (breakfast restaurant), and one security uncle who always said hello every time I passed the lobby door (the rest of security member just ignored me). The staff responded to my problems to fix this-and-that quickly enough. The house keeper cleaned my room everyday, usually at noon because I expect it's done before I came back from work. But it's always done late (around 4pm) during the weekend. I guessed the housekeeper prioritized the other rooms, a lot of room, to be cleaned for weekend guest. I didn't like for my room to be cleaned late, but I tried to not complain because I saw the house keeper looked overwhelmed and rushed every weekend. So, I think the hotel management should provide more staff during the weekend/peak season.

Location Calm and quiet by the bay (but not in the weekend sometimes). No beach, but small pier. Just a minute to the main road. A lot of cheap street foods and café nearby. Close to convenience store, hospital, wet market, and neighborhood park. There's a few local attractions within my...

I recently stayed at Novotel Marina Sriracha with my wife and two kids in the Family Suite Room and was left underwhelmed by the experience. Although the room itself was spacious, it really wasn’t set up for families — there was no sofa or daybed, and just one working table with a single chair. We considered having room service for dinner, but gave up because there wasn’t even a dining table to comfortably eat together. The room also lacked basic amenities: no drinking glasses or bottled water for use in the bathroom, which I found surprising for a 4-star hotel. Only the automated flush toilet stood out positively.

Another major inconvenience was the very limited indoor parking. During our stay, the hotel parking was full and we had no choice but to park our car on the roadside. For a property claiming 4-star status, better parking management and adequate space should be expected, especially for families traveling with kids.

The gym is open 24 hours, but the swimming pool left much to be desired — it was small, crowded, and, annoyingly, there were no towels available during our visit.

Housekeeping was disappointing. When we got back in the evening, the napkins hadn’t been restocked and our used water glasses hadn’t been changed, among other oversights — not at all what you’d expect from a hotel at this level.

Breakfast is served on both the ground floor and 25th floor, but the 25th floor breakfast felt like a letdown. Not only is the food selection more limited, but basic items such as soup spoons and dessert forks were missing. The lack of attention to such details was pretty frustrating.

The best part about the hotel is its location — close to Sriracha’s main attractions, restaurants, and shopping. Unfortunately, the positives were outweighed by a series of small but important service gaps that made our stay less enjoyable. For now, I can only recommend this hotel for its convenience, not for the comfortable experience you’d expect from a...

It keeps on getting better||This is our 4th stay. We just love the hotel. This time we stayed for 10 nights.||In summary : Super room, Super views, fabulous Lounge, wonderful pool, great food , amazing egg and noodle soup chefs, a lovely spa and absolutely brilliant staff.||Its good to see the attention to detail - quality manager checking the food, new pool and bath towels, lifts being cleaned, rubbish being picked up, staff saying hi and asking if all is well etc. I love the fact the security guards Wei you, the bellboys greet you and reception team waive. You immediately feel great !||We booked our room over 8 months earlier with the brilliant GM.||Special thanks to the following :||We had a super check in with Khun Pooh. An absolutely lovely lady who often caught up with us to check if we needed anything. She is brilliant for hospitality. We had a lovely farewell from her too.|Also Khun Gig was wonderful in changing our room after a storm - nothing was a problem.|It was lovely to see Khun Ploy again. She remembered us. She does an absolutely superb job at breakfast.|Khun Peach always greeted us both in and out of breakfast, regardless of how busy he was.|Khun Biw in the lounge is an absolute credit - she is unflappable, has super English and remembers your drink orders perfectly.|Khun Shark often checked on us both at breakfast and a great service in the lounge.|On our first day we met our cleaners Khun Nang and Khun Nee and it was lovely that they bothered to tell us, in perfect English, what they could do. You don’t get this level of service in some 5 star hotels !|Special special thanks to Khun Tarn. Not only does she know what time we prefer our room to be cleaned but leaves a spotless room with everything we need. She is permanently cheerful and very considerate.||Of course there are loads of other excellent staff behind the scenes but these front of house were exemplary. Excellent credit...

It's a great hotel right on the beach. Although you can not swim in the sea because there is not really a beach, this accommodation has earned five stars. The accommodation appears to be recent, everything looks new and is well maintained. Most of the staff are very friendly and helpful. ROOM: We had the premier deluxe room on floor 20. Amazing room with some of the greatest views ever. The room is top-notch with everything u need. WIFI: Problems with wifi since the arrival. The staff explained this happens a lot. WIFI is slow, and the mobile signal is worse. PARKING: There are three levels of parking. On Saturday and public holidays, it can be very busy. Parking is free. LOUNGE: The Lounge is nice but on weekends under staffed. Nobody to welcome you, and the food is cheap and has no taste. Better to give nothing than to give such food, should be improved. Staff in the lounge is amazing. F&B: They need some new chefs who can give the finishing touch to the current dishes. Had breakfast, ordered food at the pool, and we ordered room service. Some food is really tasteless and can be improved a lot. The burger we had was just raw meat - we couldn't eat it. SPA: The ladies from the SPA are amazing. Friendly, and they have good knowledge about which treatment should be booked. Also, the therapist was amazing, 5*. POOL: Pool has only sun in the afternoon. No sun before 13.30 approx. The pool is rather small and often crowded on weekends. If I could change a thing, I would put an extra chill zone at the pool where they currently have a smoking area. When you are outside enjoying a massage or spa treatment, the smell of cigarettes comes your way. This is annoying. Overall, we will return and hope to see improvements. The hotel has so much potential and very lovely staff. Thank you, Novotel Team!

PROS: *Great location overlooking the sea out to Koh Sichang. Directions to the hotel are clearly signposted. *Accor Platinum benefits awarded: room upgrade. Welcome drinks. Free breakfast. Exec lounge access. Late check out. *Breakfast buffet had good quality and variation for a novotel. Clean dining area. *Wifi speeds fast 400mbps. Good for working. CONS: *Room AC not cold. It said 18 degrees but was later found to be 27 degrees. Had to get technicians to the room twice. *Room keycards stopped working. Had to get them reset. *Exec lounge is great but a bit understaffed and had alot of rowdy children in there with families. There should be a basic level of lounge etiquette guests must adhere to. *Carpark under hotel full but no signs to alert incoming or returning guests. We followed a line of 8 cars down to the bottom level only to find everyone turning around and returning up to the street because carpark full. Told front desk staff but they didn't care. *Asked for a late checkout of 5pm. Was denied because hotel was full - despite Platinum status. Booking.com, Accor app and Agoda showed rooms still available to book for that day 🤷 proving the hotel was not full. *TVs in the room are large 50inch LG flatscreen TVs. However, they are loaded with Novotel Bloatware so you cannot play Netflix, AppleTV, Prime or even screenshare a device. You cannot even plug in an external harddrive and play your own contwnt. It is 2025 - watching OnDemand is the norm. Overall okay, but not worth the price. Would have complained at the front desk if the line hadn't been a mile long. Ideally guests should be partially refunded when hotels fall short of their promised standards. Instead, I guarantee Novotel managemnt will respond with some meaningless apology with no clear steps to effect real change.
