Golden Mango Home Hotel — Hotel in Din Daeng Subdistrict

Generally my stay was wonderful.However there are small technical issue about my room:- The hose from wash basin is disconnected and it cause the water flowing directly onto the floor, not only the water from my wash basin, but also the water from wash basins above my floor. It is quite disturbing as it makes my floor wet and dirty.- For no-window room, the air circulation is a bit stale. For someone who concerns about the air quality, please choose room with windows.-Other than that, many positive impression from the hotel:- Hotel location is very near metro station (blue line, Thailand Cultural Centre), maybe around 100+ meters only from metro exit 4.- The hotel is surrounded with many shopping centres (The Street Ratchada, Big C Place, Esplanade, Jodd Fairs, etc), food places (Korean, Thai, Chinese restaurants) within walking distance, of which, some are open 24 hours (burger king, KFC).- The room is bright and clean. - The room is sizeable.- There are some additional amenities also provided for the guest’s convenience such as fridge, umbrella, more hanger and more hook to dry wet clothes, clothes dryer, hair dryer, spare bath gel (in case the one provided finished), electrical power adapter with universal socket, etc.- Wi fi connection is strong and stable. - The hotel is Chinese-friendly with Chinese speaking staffs.- I arrived few hours early from my check-in time, and the hotel let me check-in early into my room as soon as my room...

My husband and I arrived at the hotel in the middle of the night and were too tired to take any photos. But the hotel had just been renovated, so everything was new and very clean. The bed was super comfortable, and the staff were all really friendly. The owner was very helpful and quick to assist whenever we needed something. We also really liked the small dryer they provided — such a nice touch! The location was super convenient too, with a big mall right next to the hotel and the MRT station nearby. So getting around was really easy. We’d definitely love to stay here...

The hotel has excellent all-around amenities that are very useful and thoughtful—for example, the small dryer and the umbrella. However, the cleaning service needs improvement. On the first day, my restroom had water splashing everywhere. On the third night, housekeeping didn’t perform turndown service before I returned.
