This might be the worst hotel I've ever stayed at in Thailand. The wifi doesn't work in your room. I mentioned this to the staff and they didn't care. Laughed and kept showing that they were connected in the lobby even though I mentioned multiple times it wasn't connecting in the room. Also their washer on the left finished with your clothes soaked. Therefore I had to run them again in the right side washer so they weren't dripping wet.
I booked on AGODA. Apparently they charge you different rates based on what floor you stay on even though the room is the exact same. I've worked in the hotel industry for ten years and traveled to dozens of countries and have NEVER seen this pricing scheme before. No where was this mentioned or distinguished on the booking website or when I checked in. I booked a second night the same room type for a lower price than I paid the first night. I interacted with two women both who knew I was staying over, with no mention of being on the "wrong floor". When I interacted with the third girl, the same one who checked me in, she started demanding money from me since I was staying over in a room on the second floor when I was supposed to be on the third. Why was this never communicated to me by the multiple staff members I had already encountered? She then claimed I would have to move to the "cheaper room" on the third floor in the morning even though they had 5 of the same rooms on the second floor. This is nothing more than a ridiculous scam. No where is it mentioned on the booking website; nor was it ever communicated to me during my stay. I've have never been to a hotel that charges you based on what floor you stay on, especially when it is the same exact room. If they had made that apparent online, I would've never stayed here. I suspect they do this in order to mislead and rip you off, should you choose to stay over. This disgustingly malicious business practice and nasty attitude from the girl with the glasses prompted me to write this review. Stop misleading your guests that book online and distinguish that different floors are different prices or get rid of the entire money hungry pricing policy to begin with. Also the staff needs a lesson in customer service. Stop blaming your mistakes on the guests, learn to communicate and take responsibility for your...
