Neo Hotel Khonkaen — Hotel in Khon Kaen Province

Common area: 2 elevators with 5 luggage trolleys. Lobby has free hot and cold water. You can purchase cold beverages, chap beer, and also cup noodles. There are dining tables inside and outside. Top loading washing machine for 30B near elevator.

PARKING: Some covered and uncovered parking at hotel, but there is a free parking garage just 100m away.

ROOMS: Hotel seems to have been recently remodeled. Our king bed was VERY comfortable. It was on the 8th floor facing a great view towards the lake. Very quiet. Big fridge. No in room kettle, but instant coffee served in lobby until 10am. No shampoo, only the common hard soap bars. TV was huge! Perhaps 55in. Definitely one of the largest that we've seen in a Thai hotel. Room was cleaned daily to a good standard.

Improvement: Needs better lighting. There are only 2 very bright ceiling lights. One bedside table (2 would be better). A small table light would be nice.

Also there is an unpleasant odor in the Bathroom when water runs down the drain.

NOTE: It's cheaper to book directly at hotel for 470b per night. We paid 490b on Agoda. No room...

A great hotel at a nice price with several elevators. Large rooms and a decent toilet, and a small balcony. Large wall-mounted TV and a large fridge.

About. 1 kilometer from bars and restaurants in the area where the Pullman hotel is located, which is also easily accessible on foot. Overall, great value for money, and with many guests. Beverages, including beer, noodle boxes, coffee, and snacks can be purchased at reception.

I recommend that place which was a very nice stop over. Spacious room, bright, clean... well thought and functional furnishings (I did appreciate the work table), very comfy bed, welcoming and accommodating staff... The hotel offers many facilities (washing machines, parking, excellent WiFi,...) and there are a lot of rooms, but still the hotel is quiet at night, away from the bustle...
