I don’t even know where to start with this place. I’ve not slept overnight but my family have, one being my grandma that needs help after an operation. But I’ve been visiting over the last couple of weeks. So this is a review from myself and them. The rooms are fantastic, they had 3 separate and all have their own unique design. They were also placed next to each other, and they went out their way to get a locksmith to unlock an older door that joins two of the rooms that was extremely nice and helpful in case of an accident in my grandmas room, my aunt could access quickly. Daily bed made again for you and and a clean and fresh towels. Sheets changed weekly. The cleaning staff were incredible. Bathrooms are decent enough, soap, shampoo, conditioner, moisturiser all provided. The food in the resto, they ate many times and I had many meals, always fantastic- the English breakfast is to die for (REAL SAUSAGE). Pool area is perfect, pool clean and large, view of the beach, loungers inside, pool bar, grassy area around (again fantastic for someone uneasy on feet instead of sand), lots of chairs, sun area, shaded area. The staff are funny and most helpful. All round, in the resto and out near the pool. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. Beautiful balcony areas too. Anyone rating lower than this must be one of the pre covid lot that keep popping up on this island that want 5 star hotel for 2-3 star prices (everyone else is seeing you lot trust me) because 4 of us could not complain for almost 3 weeks. Thank you...

Magnificent property, perhaps one of the best on the island of Ko Phangan, priced within the budget of most travellers.

We began our stay with a booking for the deluxe terrace room and a bungalow, given the prior hotels we stayed at, it was an utter delight for us to be welcomed by Yam and the staff. We relished every moment we had in our rooms and almost felt saddened when we realized our one day was over. Fortunately we were able to rebook for 2 normal rooms that night. As we headed to the reception to inform them of our extended stay, they surprised us back by stating that they've upgraded us to the rooms we had although we booked less extravagant rooms. Brilliant decision making and care for customers, this is also not the first time they've done this based on reviews.

The restaurant has portions that make you realize how far a Thai baht goes and they have a bar staff capable of making drinks that you'd remember you holiday with.

Their portion of the beach has active night life, I went squid/prawn fishing for both nights and had a brilliant experience. The swimming pool along with the sunset views just combines to make your Instagram feed the next magazine feature.

We will definitely be back and next time we're spending our...

Booked for a couple of nights whilst we were staying in koh phangan for the full moon party. We wanted somewhere cheap and cheerful and away from the madness of the party. This accommodation was ideal for that. Short taxi ride to haad rin (15 mins) and again probably the same the other end by zen beach. Good central location to explore the island. |We had a little bungalow which was good value for money. Bathroom could of been slightly better cleaned but the bed was surprisingly really comfy. Mini bar in the room had a great selection and tv had Netflix which was a bonus. A couple of minutes walk from the night market which has some amazing food stalls. |The pool area is lovely, great little outside bar overlooking the sea. |The staff are very pleasant and helpful especially the guy at check in. |Food was also really good ! Highly recommend if you’re looking for value for money and...

The location of this place is great, just adjacent to a shallow beach with clear water. The resort itself is a bit run down. When you enter the resort there is no paved path inside just sand and mud right up to the pool. Our room in the first floor could only be accessed from outside the resort. The rooms are small, and it would have been alright, except for the bed. This is perched above the floor on a 20 inch high platform and the bed itself is a foot and a half above this platform. There are no cupboards to keep clothes. There is a small sit out with 2 chairs and table. The pool area is great and has lovely trees and infinity pool overlooking the sea. However if you swim with goggles on, you can see the grime on the walls of the pool underwater. We had breakfast there and it was really good. However, they charge an additional 3% if you pay by card.

I stayed at the hotel for a few days. It's well maintained, located and a particular touch. I defenetly recommend this place, it's seafront, you have an amazing view of Koh Samui from the pool. The breakfast is amazing and at a really competitive price. Staff is lovely and helpful, the receptionist put you at ease and let you know what is really worth visiting ! The price of the room is modest for the comfort you receive. You even have a private roof terrace, with a sea view. Everything is near the hotel, massage, 7/11, restaurants, parking. It's perfectly located for everyone, and real quiet ! The room also features Netflix, YouTube on a large tv, everything is included in the price. I will go back for sure ! This is the perfect value for your money!
