Ozone Cave — Hotel in Ko Pha Ngan

Hey everyone, I’m thrilled to share the amazing experience we had at #OzoneCave! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the lovely Ms. Banana, the hotel’s manager, along with her professional and friendly team—always carrying a smile.

The rooms offered a stunning panoramic view straight into the mountain bedrocks—absolutely breathtaking. The bathrooms were a real highlight too, featuring high ceilings and ceiling-reaching windows that opened up to incredible views.

Breakfast was always fresh and delicious, and we loved relaxing in the cozy lounge area afterwards.

The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. Ms. Banana and her team responded to every request with genuine warmth and even went the extra mile with their service. Their constant willingness to help and offer advice was truly remarkable—they were definitely the topping on an already wonderful experience.

The location is fantastic—peaceful yet accessible—and the area is perfect for young families looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

The room was beautiful and spacious, featuring a large window with a stunning view of the tropical surroundings. We enjoyed watching all kinds of lizards, fireflies, and frogs right from our room. The bathroom was huge, equipped with a well-designed shower and a large bathtub. The quality of the provided soap, shampoo, and conditioner was excellent. The location is central and very convenient.

Service was truly exceptional – communication via WhatsApp was instant and always helpful. Complimentary bottled water, snacks, and mosquito repellent were provided in the room. When we wanted to visit the nearby beach, staff offered free transportation both ways. We could also borrow a beach bag, towels, mat, and chairs at no extra charge.

Laundry services were available at a reasonable price. I especially appreciated that the breakfast menu was sent the day before, allowing us to order in advance and helping to reduce food waste.

We are a couple and we stayed in this comfy magical place. The vibe is something else with the cave. I’ve never imagined that a cave could feel cozy yet I was proven that with the right accommodation it can be so beautiful. The location was perfect for us to enjoy a romantic chill stay. It felt like the island was ours because suddenly we knew everyone and had someone to greet every now and then. The service of ozone cave was amazing too. Banana the host of the boutique hotel was always just one WhatsApp message away whenever we needed something. The whole team was genuinely nice and very helpful.
