The princess paradise resort is one of the nicest resorts I have ever seen. The staff is very lovely and helpful, whether it is a desire for a fresh and super yummy fruit shake or if you need help to arrange a bike rental to get around the island. The resort itself is brand new, so everything looks pretty and clean. It has its own beach directly to the café, where you enjoy your breakfast(there is a small buffet with fruits, salad and juices, the rest will be ordered directly by the staff and will be cooked fresh for you) and afterwards lay at the pool with a beautiful poolbar. If desired, they also have Kajaks to go for a trip around the island. The resort itself is located near Haad rin and is quiet and relaxing. If you want to go to thong sala, I recommend renting a motorbike/scooter. The hotel itself also has a restaurant which you can enjoy in the evening, if you don’t want to go to Haad rin or thong sala for dinner. The prices are a bit higher than the street food or restaurants in town, but the food we had was good. All in all there are not any negative points to add. Definitely a recommendation on koh phangan!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Princess Paradise in Koh Phangan, and it was a tropical dream come true! I opted for one of the beachfront bungalows, and it was a slice of paradise. Waking up to the waves crashing just outside my door was magical. The staff here were top-notch, always going the extra mile to ensure a great experience. They're like a friendly, welcoming family. The restaurant served up mouthwatering Thai and international dishes. The seafood options were a highlight - fresh and delicious! Koh Phangan offers a ton of fun, and the resort makes it easy to enjoy it all. Yoga sessions, snorkeling adventures, and lively beach parties kept me entertained. Set on a beautiful beach, the resort strikes the perfect balance between tranquility and convenience. It's easy to explore the island or just relax on the beach. Princess Paradise in Koh Phangan is a tropical paradise in every sense. Whether you're seeking relaxation or adventure, this place has got it all. I left with a heart full of memories and can't wait to return! Highly recommended for your next island escape.

We came here completely randomly without a reservation, because we left our broken hotel early. Yes, the price is very expensive for staying in a good hotel, but there is a huge value, The service is amazing, the room is clean and well maintained (we got the corner room on the second floor facing the sea with a larger than usual balcony right above the pool, the room is very well kept and also more expensive than the other rooms) The pool is very clean and right on the sea There is good music from 10 am to 11 pm so there is a good atmosphere, The hotel has a bar and a restaurant Prices accordingly Again must say that the staff provides good service My partner and I were very happy to stay here for 6 nights, I would have stayed longer if there were rooms available. Highly recommended for those who are willing to pay such an amount for a hotel that is not considered luxury A high class hotel in my opinion To the credit of the manager and the staff :)

Hands down one of the best hotels I have stayed in Thailand. It is next to perfect, for couples and families looking for a quite homebase to explore the island. But also Haad Rin and the full moon party is reachable by foot in about 10-15mins.

Super attentive staff, always in good mood even within themselves. They try to fulfill every wish and they know you after the first day. The hotel is not that big, around 20 rooms and mostly couples stayed here during our visit, so there are not that many faces to recognise but they even remeber your coffee of choice after the first breakfast.

Regarding the breakfast, it is all you can eat but "à la carte" which is a nice touch. Also, it is super delicious, everything is freshly made and you can taste it. Minor critique, they sometimes forget or add some things to your order, but for us that is not a problem at all. For example they once added bell peppers to my scrambled eggs. However, i am more than sure that if you would say something, it would be changed in seconds.

The pool area is very nice and spacious, more than enough space for everyone. The pool bar is also very cool with again very attentive service personal. The happy hour is crazy (12am - 2pm and 3pm to 7pm) and the cocktails are very, very delicious, maybe the best I've had in Thailand.

In addition to the pool bar, this hotel also offers a restaurant, where they offer the breakfast in the morning. Later in the day you can order other food here as well, which we did once at the last evening of our stay.

We can just recommend the hotel. Nothing...

Customer service very poor at check in they take you too your room no here’s the pool here’s where you go for breakfast just leave u to work it all out yourself!|Drinks 4 times the price then anywhere else! Cocktails are terrible no alcohol taste more like a smoothie . No one was sat watching the sunset on the beach I assume this is why! We also noticed people round the pool bring their own drinks which when u can buy a soft drink for 22 baht but hotel charge 180 baht not surprised !|Breakfast u order both our eggs all come out cold not worth the extra money for the breakfast better too eat out! Staff sit on the desk on their phones during breakfast service .|Nice pool but the beach the hotel let non hotel guests sit on the beds when guests pay £200 plus a night for the supposed private beach.|My booking was for a late check out when I asked they said yes you have a late check out but u can’t have it as new guests coming (makes no sense)|This is not a 4 star hotel. They also only provide one bottle water in room (all other hotels we stayed in was two in the bathroom two in the fridge)|Another note when I went in to the toilet next to the bar it was blocked I reported it to staff when I went there later on still has not been fixed.|Don’t book this hotel save your money and splurge at Vanee Gold Sands or Explorer .||So disappointing staff don’t care it’s almost like they have your money so didn’t too provide a good series would not recommend or...

Wow - this hotel blew us away!||Firstly the staff are all so lovely, kind and friendly and always happy to help! They work hard keeping the hotel and grounds looking gorgeous, tidying the beach, and we even saw them setting up a gorgeous area for a beach proposal.||The rooms and decor are beautiful. Everything has been thought of and it creates a calm tranquil atmosphere. The lighting on an evening is stunning!! Very special!||The pool and bar area are perfect and it’s right on the beach. There aren’t many sun loungers, a previous review did mention this but we never struggled to get one and actually had plenty of choice, no idea where everyone was hiding! Pool is gorgeous and we loved the happy hours 12-2 and 5-7. Mojitos are delicious and watching the sunset with one in hand from the beach is amazing.||Breakfast is lovely!! Get the banana pancakes you won’t be disappointed! :) Fresh fruit is tasty too but the eggs were never cooked enough. Which is my only tiny bit of feedback.||We don’t usually eat at the hotel restaurant but this one was an exception - a gorgeous setting and some of the best food we’ve had all holiday! Recommend the beef massaman, cashew nut chicken and the satay. ||Thanks for a brilliant stay we can’t recommend this...
