I wish I could give negative rating. Even 1 star is too much for this dirty place. The room is spacious but it’s an old room. The room looks totally spooky. The bathroom doesn’t have a latch both from inside and outside. The hotel doesn’t have an elevator. So, if you’re coming with a luggage, you have carry it by yourself. They don’t even provide any help. The room has an old TV. The bed was making so much noise. The AC makes noise all of a sudden and doesn’t work properly. I asked for rental bike and the receptionist said it’s not available even though they had bikes parked right outside the hotel. Nobody gives you any information. They charged me 300 baht for checking out late. I had clearly mentioned before checking in that I would check out 2 hours late as I checked in at the hotel at midnight. The receptionist is arrogant and stupid. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Especially for girls who travel solo. Disgusting place and disgusting experience overall.
Edited review: When hotel fails to deliver a good service, this is how they would respond. Blaming the customer. Why would anyone shout or insult someone without a proper reason? The check-out thing happened at the end of my stay. Why would I shout at someone from the beginning. Even after taking extra 300 baht from me as late check-out charges you are blaming that the customer refused to pay the money. Nobody would come back to this place after so much has happened. Guys you need to start learning some manners and learn how to provide service to a customer who is paying money to you rather than blaming a customer. Every customer who has given less rating to this place can’t be lying about the place. Have...
Read moreThe hotel is located near the town center and bus terminal. There's a 7-11 near the hotel (about 5 minutes walk). A lot of shops, thai food stalls, spas, and laundry around as well. If you're planning to be near the beach and do island tours, it would be better to stay in Ao Nang. When we arrived, the first receptionist just looked at us and seemed surprised even though we had a booking from agoda. No smiles or greetings. I just showed her the booking confirmation on my phone, she called someone, then she gave us the key. When we asked about the island tours that they were offering, she couldn't answer us properly as she was not able to speak English much. The next day, we did laundry in the old coin washing machine at the back of the hotel. My partner asked the other receptionist if they had clothes hangers and she said no. My partner asked again if we could use the hanging rods at the back of the hotel and she just answered that she did not know. It felt difficult to communicate because of the language and they did not even put in any effort to try and communicate with us, no matter how friendly we tried to be. The room was spacious but very old. The bathroom was small and the drain smells so bad that the bathroom doors have to always be open. The air conditioning unit works well but makes weird noises. The price is low but even with that amount, there are better...
Read moreIt’s 190 baht a night when bought at the front desk. Good location in krabi and it’s on the road you use to get to ao nang. Right in front of a Very Local market (Tuesday & Saturday), from dinner to second hand clothes. The bathrooms are clean once a week so they can be very dirty and don’t have soap. But ask a traveler that’s been traveling for 6 months you understand that you get what you pay for. It’s in front of a nice spot for some grub. They can change your sheets and towel based on request. Not a big social area but I made any friend from there, even traveling the north with them now. I suggest but I swear it’s...
