Whale Cafe — Restaurant in Krabi Province

The food here was lovely but had a really bad experience with the service. My smoothie bowl hadn't arrived after 40 minutes even though everything else came out quickly and so I got up to ask them about it. They just said it would be another 10 minutes but 10 minutes later they came over to us and asked if I still wanted it? I eventually got the bowl and it was really good - I wouldn't usually leave a bad review as it was just a mistake (they told us afterwards they'd not put it through to the kitchen) but when we got up to leave they tried to charge us again for the bowl saying we hadn't paid for it?? (We'd double checked and we'd definitely paid). Eventually they agreed. Really...
