I come and stay at Toscana Valley Khaoyai for the first time today and I am not impressed with the service of the receptionist and the security guard once at the parking point. First, it is like they are not trained about the area management since the rooms are 3-4 kilometers far from each other. When I firstly arrived, the receptionist was trying to reject my check-in. They said that I have to check in with the department that I made the reservation with and this was not their duties. It is like they do not have a good communication. Also, they let me drive in without direction giving. Second, after checked in, I would like to talk to the manager but the LA Casetta staff told me that he was on a meeting and not available for talking with the guest. The short- bob hair staff was laugh at me and her face expression was seriously unacceptable. There was no staff to take me or give me the direction to the room. So I need to go back and ask the staff individually and they sent one of their staff to take me to my room. My first impression toward the staff is absolutly the worst.

วันที่26กย 63จองโรงแรมToscana Valley Khaoyaiเข้าไปเช็กอินก็มีปัญหาด้านการสื่อสารกับ รปภ และเข้าไปเช็กอินจุดแลกคือ club house ก็บ่ายเบี่ยงเตะถ่วงการตอนรับลูกค้าบอกว่าไม่ใช่ส่วนรับผิดชอบของตัวเอา "เชิญเข้าไปอีก3-4กิโลข้างหน้าค่ะ" โดยไม่มีคนนำทางส่วนเรามาพักครั้งแรกและทางโรงแรมมีเนื้อที่ที่กว้าาาางมากมีหลายพื้นที่ส่วนเราต้องขับรถคลำทางมาผิดๆถูกๆด้วยตัวเองจนมาถึงจุดที่พักLA และเข้าไปเช็กอินเราก็ยังเจอพนักงานแบบแย่ๆเช่นเดิม เราบอกว่าไม่มีคนนำทางมาเราต้องคลำทางมาเองทำให้หลงและมาเช็กอินล้าช้า16.30น กว่าพนักงานแสยะยิ้มและชักสีหน้าไม่พอใจใส่และไม่มีคนพาเราเข้าห้องพักและเราก็ไม่รู้ว่าห้องพักอยู่ใหนเพราะห้องพักแต่ละห้องแต่ละหลังอยู่ไกลกันมากจนต้องเดินกลับไปถามอีกรอบพนักงานถึงเดินมา (เนื้อที่เยอะพนักงานน้อย)พอได้เข้าพักเราก็ออกมาถ่ายรูปตรงสระน้ำหลังห้องพักอยู่สักพัก รปภ เดินมาบอกว่าไม่ให้ถ่ายรูปผ่ายในโรงแรมและได้มีผู้หญิงคนหนึ่งตะโกนข้ามฝั่งริมขอบบึงมา "ถ่ายไม่ได้นะ!!!!😡😡😡)พวกเราก็ทำหน้างง(ขอโทษค่ะ/คับ)แต่...ก็เลิกถ่ายเพราะไม่อยากมีปัญหาเดินเข้าห้องไปและกำลังเตรียมจะไปถ่ายรูปที่อื่นของเขาใหญ่แต่พอเดินออกมาจากห้อง มีรถตู้สีดำเทาเข้ม-กับรถเก่งฮอนด้าสีเทาเข้าขับเข้ามาอย่างรวดเร็วปิดประตูเสียงดังมีผู้หญิงกับผู้ชายเดินมาอย่างเอาเรื่อง ไม่สวัสดีลูกค้า "ไม่ให้ถ่ายนะค่ะในพื้นของโรงแรมถ่ายได้เฉพาะในห้องของคุณเท่านั้น!!" เสียงจาก Acting sale manager(เขาแนะนำตัวว่าเป็น ผจก ฝ่ายขายแต่..พอเขียนในนามบัตรและชื่อให้Acting sale manager) จากการที่ตะโกนข้ามบึงมากก็เป็นการไม่ให้เกียรติลูกและขับรถดักหน้าลูกค้าและพาผู้ชายที่ขับรถตู้ลงมาด้วยมาข่มขู่ลูกค้าเป็นการกระทำที่ไม่เหมาะสมและรุนแรงต่อลูก พนักงานไม่มีความเป็นมืออาชีพ ไม่เคารพในองค์ที่ตัวเองทำอยู่ (เหมือนมาเฟียเลย) ทางโรงแรมควรจะคัดเลือกพนักที่มีEQ มีวิสัยทัศที่กว้างไกล ควรจะมีการอบรมทุกฝ่ายให้รู้ความรู้ในพื้นความรับผิดไม่ใช่โยนไปโยนมา แต่เท่าที่เห็นโรงแรมทุกๆถ่ายรูปได้นะค่ะไม่ว่าจะถ่ายรูปอะไรทางโรงเขาจะยินดีให้ถ่ายรูปเสมอเพราะว่าเป็นทำการตลาดและรีวิวให้กับทางโรงแรมได้โดยที่ทางโรงไม่ต้องเสียเงินรีวิวหรือจ้างนักรีวิวมารีวิวเลยลูกค้ารีวิวให้คุณเองแต่กลับมาด่าลูกค้าและขับรถมาดักลูกเอาผู้ชายมาด้วย รู้สึกแย่กับการกระทำของพนักงาน( Acting sale manager อยากจะบอกกับน้องว่า อย่าหลงระเริ่งในอำนาจ แม้แต่ราชสียังพลาดได้)นะค่ะมารยาททางสังคมมีนิสสสหนึ่งนะค่ะทำงานดีในองค์กรดีแต่มารยาทแย่ เราจ่ายค่าจองห้องไป6250บาทและต้องจ่ายเพิ่มอีก1750บาทตอนเช็คเอ้า คุณไม่ควรทำแบบนี้และควรใช้วาจาอย่างสุภาพควรเดินมาบอกดีๆไม่ใช่ตะโกนหรือขับรถมาดักหน้าเราเอาผู้ชายมาด้วยท่าทางจะเอาเรื่องเราการกระทำเช่นนี้ไม่ดีและไม่น่ารักเลยและไม่ควรแอบอ้างว่าตัวเองเป็นถึง....นะ!!! ราคาห้องก็ไม่ใช่ถูกๆ8000บาทช่วงนี้โควิท19โรงแรมที่ใหนๆก็ต้องการให้ลูกค้าไปพักถ่ายรูปและรีวิวให้ทั้งนั้นไม่ว่าจะถ่ายรูปอะไรและอีกอย่างเราโทรถามแล้วและก็บอกเราว่าถ่ายได้แต่มี Acting sale manager เพียงคนเดียวกับผู้ชายที่มาและอ้างว่าเป็นคนขับรถของเจ้านาย!!!! ต่อให้เสียเงินไปพักก็ถ่ายไม่ได้รูปข้างใน ปล ติดป้ายใว้ก็ดีนะค่ะลูกค้าจะได้ไม่ต้องถ่ายรูปทุกๆๆอย่างเลย...

Worst weekend in my life||We booked a ‘Horizon view’ room at Town Square Suites by Toscana Valley on 20-22 July 2024 which is a long weekend for Thai. On the arrival, an identification card have been scanned in order to enter the area. At 2 PM, the time we arrived at parking area, there is no space for parking in front of lobby so the security line our car, which can’t be switch to neutral after engine off, to double-park the other cars and the security confirmed that is okay.||At the lobby, there is a check-in desk without any chair next to it, so we have to stand waiting and doing the paper work for about 10 minutes even though there is a bunch for sofas feet away we haven’t been invited to sit. 2 keycards and breakfast coupons were given.|Once we arrived the room which is located on the corner of ground floor, we have opened the curtain and find out there is no view to be honest, as there is a line of tree just in front of the balcony so there is no view at all. We have complaint to the receptionist so he just said sorry for the inconvenience and he understood our disappointment and promised to change us to another room on the next night which is light my head up on fire.||An hour later after we lied down on the bed without any view we have got, we decided to book a spa at Tuscan Sense Spa. Without any introduction from staff answering the phone, she asked for our intention so I ask for availability for 1 hour aromatherapy massage, so she asked us to wait for a while. After a minute wait, she said she would like to call us back whether there is an availability or not. 10 minutes had passed, no incoming call was received, so I managed to call them back and asked if they were available. Staff that took a phone didn’t known anything and asked our intention all over again.||After 2 consecutive events had passed, I asked receptionist to talk with the manager. “I’m sorry and I understand all of the inconvenience issues. I would take the message to the manager instead.” receptionist said. So I asked Toscana call center that I needed the manager to reply after received our message.||A day later, general manager called us back to find out where the issue was. So I explained all over again and again, however, she didn’t seem understand at all. She said she didn’t do the ‘managing thing’ and asked if she were able to call us again later.||On that day, we sought an activity to do and we chose bicycle riding. Mountain bikes with a really hard saddle were prepared for us. Unfortunately, after a half way, 2.2 km to be specified, we decided to stop due to coccyx pain from that hard saddle. So we have tried to call the bike shop to pick us up but the emergency telephone number attached to the bike cannot be contacted, also the lobby number at that time. So, avoid the accident at all cost. Later on, first aid number can be finally contacted and there was a golf cart picking us up. Biking here is not recommended for elderly or anyone who has a coccyx issue.||Later that day, we finally tried the ‘Tuscan aromatherapy massage’ at Tuscan Sense Spa. Overall was average.||The last day has come, we have called a bellboy for our bags at 11:53 am. After waiting for 10 minutes, maid asked us if we needed bellboy so she helped us called for bellboy again. Another 5 minutes, there was still no one coming, so we decided to carry all of our belongings to check out. The receptionist said that the manager have already known our issues and have felt sorry for us. 2000 THB credit will be given back to us after 18300 THB was paid for these 2 nights stay which is … I don’t know… It does not let us feel better. Money is not the issue for us, but the feelings are. ||After all of these unprofessional services, we won’t recommend Toscana Valley to anyone especially on a weekend. Despite you may want...

The location, the views, and the architecture are just incredible. Walking around feels like stepping into a whole different world—I kept saying “so beautiful” over and over again because it really is that stunning. The atmosphere is relaxing, you can rent a golf cart to tour around, and the Italian restaurant there was surprisingly delicious. The only thing that left me disappointed was the room situation. I had booked a mountain-view room, but when I arrived, the staff gave me a town-view room instead. They just told me the room type I booked was smaller, but that wasn’t the point—I specifically wanted the mountain view. No prior notice, no explanation, and not even a simple apology. That part honestly didn’t sit well with me.

This is my 2nd trip to Town Square in Toscana Khaoyai (once in March and April 2022). There was no welcome hospital (greeting) at the check in counter. There was spider web near the wash basin, hair on the floor in front of mirror. Italian restaurant staffs doesn’t have good hospitality as well. Seems the staffs here were not professional train, they seriously need some good hospitality trainer here. It is a good place and ambient (I rate 4-5 stars) but just not happy about hospitality. Other thing, there was no electricity when I arrived (seems there is no generator). There was water on the floor in the room too (came from bathroom)

The location, the views, and the architecture are just incredible. Walking around feels like stepping into a whole different world—I kept saying “so beautiful” over and over again because it really is that stunning. This is my 2nd trip to Town Square in Toscana Khaoyai (once in March and April 2022). There was no welcome hospital (greeting) at the check in counter. There was spider web near the wash basin, hair on the floor in front of mirror. Italian restaurant staffs doesn’t have good hospitality as well. Seems the staffs here were not professional train, they seriously need some good hospitality trainer here. It is a good place and ambient (I rate 4-5 stars) but just not happy about hospitality. Other thing, there was no electricity when I arrived (seems there is no generator). There was water on the floor in the room too (came from bathroom)
