Toscana Valley — Local services in Nakhon Ratchasima Province

🚨BEWARE OF THIEVES!! 🚨 I played at Toscana Valley Golf Course on 28Dec2022 at 0830AM. On the dogleg-left 355yards 3rd HOLE (our 2-ball Back Nine), I cut the corner by driving my tee-ball over the left bunker. My brother drove his tee-ball straight down the fairway. When we arrived where our respective golf balls were supposedly laying, they were both MISSING. Lo and behold, our Caddies said that it was a common occurrence that ravens will steal golf balls on this particular hole. After a brief search, we reluctantly dropped a couple of new golf balls on the fairway at the 100-yard point. My ball landed in the middle of the green, but my brother's ball spun back to the apron. To our horror, a raven swooped down and STOLE his ball - despite us shouting and waving our golf clubs. My brother quickly drove his buggy towards the bushes on the right-side where the raven flew towards, and saw from afar that a man was there to receive the raven with some "food reward". I doubt that this "Thief Trainer" actions were sanctioned by the Club, but I strongly believe that the Golf Course Management should do something about this DISTASTEFUL THIEVERY before it further ruins their...

The golf course opened for public last year. I paid full price (4,075 Baht) to play. What a disappointment! Since I arrived and parked my car in front of the clubhouse, no one come to take golf bags. After I walked in to tell a staff in the clubhouse, she found someone to collect the bags. That lady was reluctant to take them out from the trunk of my car so I took it out for her. This is just the first impression but the whole day went on like that. Long story short, you would expect that since they dare to charge 4,075 Baht for a round of golf, the service should at least be decent if not impeccable. Instead, it was unprofessional. It is highly overpriced.

Overall course condition was also lacking. Fairways and greens, while in adequately good condition, were surrounded by garbage from construction. Grasses were almost dry. Restrooms at the drink kiosks were dirty and lack of maintenance.

Locker room were small. There were only six shower rooms. Water pressure was not strong. Shower holder was broken.

We travelled few hundreds km in our motorcycle to come to this place, when we arrived we stop to take a picture with the tower.... didnt have any sign saying we cannot stop. We stop for only one minute, time to park, take a picture and move to the parking lot to enjoy our meal there.

Security guard was extremely rude to tell us to go away even while we re costumers at the place. We re not blocking traffic, make anybody wait for us or destroy anything. Only stopped to take a picture with our bike front of the tower.

We ate a sandwish there and a salad, it was delicious but we gave up from booking a room after the security guard manners.

When we leaved few cars stopped at the same place we stopped before.. blocked traffic and they took almost 5 to 10minutes taking pictures without security guard saying anything... Look like their problems is only with bikes even when you going for lunch there.
