The house has seem its best years. The doors and windows squeek or do not close at all. We have ONE knife for a house for 8 people and 4 bedrooms. The description on AirBnB or other portals is partially incorrect. We stayed 1 week and it was not worth the money. To downtown Pattaya it is about 20-25 min by taxi. There is only a small Family Markt close by. Nothing else. The beach close by, but no wasy access, is dirty and small. The glasses in the pictures were the only ones we had and we only had 3 coffee cups. Our grievances were heard but no change to eg missing...
