Pattaya Garden Apartments — Hotel in Pattaya City

This hotel is located between Pattaya and Jomtien beaches just off the main road separating the two towns. Apart from construction noise in the morning it is quiet in terms of music.||||The hotel does have a bar but it appears not to be used much as is the small salt water pool which was cold during my visit, it does have a jacuzzu water and air system but as it was cold I did not stay it more than 10 minutes.||||My room was a corner unit and had everything as advertised including free wifi (excellent) large tv, safe, A/C and ceiling fan. The bed was very comfortable as well as the sofa and armchair. Tea and coffee are available along with highish end hotel amenities including shampoos etc... Plenty of storage space too and nicely decorated.||||The bathroom was also clean and spacious with an electric shower and wash basin as well as a toilet.||||As there was no lift I had to climb several flights of stairs to get to my room (I do need the exercise though) but this could be a problem for anyone with stamina issues, My friend with me also slipped on the wooden portion of the stairs on one occasion.||||The owner (Mike) is friendly (despite being an Everton Supporter - he he - you can tell by the footy shirts in the bar and the slogan on the hotel frontage). He made a copy of my passport so that I did not need to carry the original around,||||Laundry is a service provided but I used the local shop next door. My room was cleaned at my convenience (except on the last day when it was not cleaned at all for some reason).||||There is not very much within walking distance (the ubiquitous 7-11 and a few bars and restaurants) but the baht bus is very close for access to Pattaya and Jomtien. I had a motorcycle and parking is easy outside the hotel.||||I paid more than I would normally in Pattaya but as this was high season I felt the room at around 1500THB represented good value given the room state and service.||||Yes I would stay here again for the room, friendly staff and the relative calm compared to Pattaya (not really being an Insomnia man) but there is a lot of competition at this...

Great budget apartments. I stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor. The bedrooms we're a decent size. Each room had it's own wardrobe, safe and air-conditioning unit. Beds were comfortable and mattress not as hard as usually experienced in Thailand. Common room has a lounge suite, desk, refrigerator, flat screen TV, ceiling fan and coffee/tea making facilities. It also has access to a narrow balcony. The bathroom is very basic but quite large. The apartments are located about 30-40 metres down a side street off the road joining Pattaya and Jomthien. It is 2km from the south end of Walking Street and a few hundred metres from South Pattaya Bus Station. A short stroll up to the road and you can catch a Baht Bus to either location. We left the windows open (all have screens) and enjoyed a cooling breeze throughout the apartment day and night. There is a small pool and reception is attended 24 hours. The rooms are serviced daily and kept very clean. There is no lift, so the upper floors are not suitable for people with mobility issues. There is no food service here but there is a small adjoining cafe that offers breakfast, lunch and dinner options. There is also a laundry service located 15 metres away. My friend Rob and Myself Stayed at Pattaya Garden Apartments I believe was in April 2016!!?Absolutely Beautiful Hotel!!Stunning Apartments. My friend Rob stayed on the top floor with a balcony and Amazing views Day & Night. I stayed in one of the cheaper Apartments down the stairs at the back of the hotel. Still beautiful!!. Queen size beds I believe.Air conditioning in all rooms!! Very comfortable, and managed by an English Ex pat himself. Very friendly Man and his Beautiful wife. Security guards at night,also very friendly chaps!! The maids do an Awesome job. Refreshing the rooms , changing bedding and replacing water, tea etc etc. Pattaya Garden Apartments couldn't be in a better spot. Between pattaya and Jomtiem beach. Quiete, Serene and stunning.
