at first glance, most of the comments are positive. however, construction is MORE THAN one year behind.

the reasons? poor construction and quality standards. THAI government (Mayor) recently shut down construction after a crane collapse. so, beware.

if there are safety and quality standard issues BEFORE completion, imagine what happens down the road? example, look at Grand Avenue on 2nd road/soi 15.

Most 1 bedrooms are only 29sq me which is tiny. Beware that you'll be up for more cost if your unit ends up larger than that. Check the car park to unit ratio as well and if you can register a motorbike as well as a car.
