The thing I love most about this little hotel is the reception hall. A costant breeze from the sea, always make sure the room is fresh, cozy and welcoming.||The rooms are a little austere, but I was looking for something simple, so it was welcomed. Towels, paper towels and even a rug towel for when you get out of shower are included, so it’s nice.||On the downside I must note that my room on the base floor, was suffering from a very unpleasant sewer smell when turning on the bathroom light, which also activates the air fan, which I suspect is the culprit for sucking the bad small from the bathroom’s holes (shower and sink I noticed it’s where the smell comes from).||The air conditioning filter also felt a bit old and lumpy, filling the room with a not so pleasant moisty smelling. The materass was on the hard side, the pillow on the shallow one, but I had a good sleep after all.||During my stay the pool was closed due to pandemic rules they told me. 300 bath for key deposit were asked at my check-in.|Staff is nice and welcoming, attentive to the guest needs.||All in all a fair experience...
Read moreThe room and blanket were very dirty. The blanket had black stains, but the staff insisted that we were the ones who made it dirty and charged us a cleaning fee. We ended up paying the blanket cleaning fee and checked out immediately after staying only a few hours.

For example, I requested not to have a corner room, but we were still given one. My partner checked in and didn’t know about the request, so nothing was done. The staff did not admit that it was the hotel’s fault or a system issue, but instead blamed the customer for not repeating the request at the front desk.
That’s the end of my review. If you plan to stay in Pattaya, there are definitely better hotels. The staff and manager here were not...
Read moreThe room and blanket were absolutely filthy. The blanket had disgusting black stains, yet the staff insisted that we were the ones who made the mess and forced us to pay a cleaning fee. They even claimed they had taken “proof photos” after cleaning, but when we asked to see them, nothing was provided. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. We ended up paying the charge just to get out and checked out within only a few hours of arriving.
This place is a joke. If you’re planning to stay in Pattaya, do yourself a favor and choose literally...
