Z Through By The Zign — Hotel in Pattaya City

This place is incredible for couples wanting a romantic getaway, a Beautiful location close to Pattaya city but far enough out for quiet and relaxation, a must visit hotel in Pattaya||We spent two weeks here and couldn’t of loved it more the staff are amazing so friendly and accommodating, ||There is a sheet called shopping list that caught us off guard but it’s just incase something is broken or damaged but I wouldn’t take it too much by face value not that we did break anything but as we found a bit of a shock to see, ||From arriving late after a night flight from the uk we were welcomed to our room which was the 448 emotion room which is the deluxe pool access room which we paid extra to upgrade to for our honeymoon and I’m so so glad we did with a beautiful setting overlooking the biggest section of the pool ( well worth the extra money spent ) ||The room service we didn’t think we would use but found we used it most nights while here ordering a pizza which was beautiful ( not on the room service menu but we just asked for it and they did it for us a Hawaiian ) ||The only bit that rubbed us up the wrong way a little bit is you tend to find people walking onto your decking to take photos of people in the pool which doesn’t seem like a huge thing but when you have paid extra you would like it to just be yours without interruption or when your getting changed to see someone walking across is a little off putting but we made do and chalked it up to it being the way of things and different cultures being different that how we perhaps do things ||The breakfast is lovely a great selection from all over and the milk again is milk like we have at home which is a big thing for me as I only really eat cereal and struggle in a lot of countries as to what I can have in a morning but here is great ||The floating food is so good there is a floating breakfast and lunch which is so worth the money and an experience not to be missed just be aware of the birds they love to eat what you leave and throw it all over lol ||The room itself omg for me and my husband to be able to fit so comfortably In the huge bath and just relax was a joy, definitely going to be looking at getting one like this at home ||The cocktails are the swim up bar are Devine and a must try ||The reception staff are great and will order you a taxi but I do recommend getting a Thai SIM card and downloading the bolt app as using a British number in our case at first they didn’t really like but once we had the Thai sim they accepted every booking it’s there equivalent to Uber ||The security guy that parks the cars is soooo sweet and friendly every morning says hello and is probably and overlooked member of staff to which should also be given a tip too ||The cleaning staff are great and the woman we had was so lovely she was so happy and came to see us I was ok when I screamed at a bird trying to eat a lizard ( the lizard survived minus part of his tail ) ||The glass floor in our room was so novel and the guy who cleaned it was great getting in with his squeegee to clean them off ||The attention to detail here is second to non and quite possible the nicest and best hotel we have had the pleasure of staying ||We will definitely be coming back in...

Set in a nice courtyeard of two story villas, we stayed in the pool access rooms with the glass floor area showing the pool, yes you can swim underneath ;-) Check in was easy, be aware they ask for a 2,000 THB deposit which will be returned when you check out. A short walk to your room, large, with big bed, big bath with a TV, sofa, TV and DVD player, safe, fridge, gowns, slippers, flip flops and two seats outside giving you instant pool access. It's not exactly step down so it's not super easy but it's also not a challenge. The hotel is a long way down Naklua soi 12, it has a small car park, but use additional parking next door. Breakfast was excellent , loads of choice of Thai foods, eggs how you want, breads, fruits, danish and more, The staff were all very polite and helpful. We also ate in the onsite restaurant Spazio in the evening , we were the only customers but the food was good, staff good and the price was reasonable. There are a lot of mosquitos so bring your repellent. There is also a shuttle bus service but we didn't use nor know how it operates. The resort and rooms are private, TV remotes and squirter were a little dirty BUTthat would be our only complaint. Overall the room was clean and modern and we enjoyed the whole experience. Отель прекрасен, спору нет. Внешний вид(дизайн, проектировка, чистота, сияющая белизна домиков и удобства) великолепны - на 5 звезд! Особенные приятные впечатления создаются от вечернего отеля, когда включается вся подсветка. Ну очень романтично ) Только из-за этого я ставлю отелю 4 звезды, а не 3.

На этом приятности кончаются, так как персонал совершенно не умеет говорить по-английски (что совершенно НЕДОПУСТИМО для отеля такого уровня и в таком месте).. Со мной еле-еле общалась только одна тайка с ресепшна (видимо там самая старшая)

Географически отель находится на некотором отдалении от Паттайи, но это не имеет никакого значения, если вы арендуете мотобайк, или автомобиль.

Персонал, помимо отсутствия самого простейшего лингвистического образования, довольно хмур и ленив (видимо сказывается расслабленность от затянувшегося низкого сезона, вызванного COVID-19). Постоянно сталкивался с тем, что стаф, обслуживающий центральный бассейн и бар не обращал никакого внимания не проходящего мимо тебя, так как у него были более важные дела в телефоне, нежели поприветствовать одного из немногих посетителей отеля, или хотя бы приветливо кивнуть и улыбнуться в ответ...

Так как я забронировал отель без завтрака, то решил накануне попробовать завтрак на первое утро в отеле, так как в некоторых отзывах его хвалили. На двоих получилось 1200бат. Дороговато, но я все-таки предполагал что это будет шведский стол, а в итоге это оказалось SET A и SET B. Один сет - типа здоровая пища - больше фруктов йогуртов и всяких странных баночек. Второй сет - европейский завтрак с сосисками, яичницей и беконом, а так же хлопья и йогурт. Разумеется я взял второй сет.

Нам принесли едва теплую яичницу, абсолютно холодные и вероятно даже сырые (( сосиски, крошечный стакан апельсинового сока судя по всему из пакета и отвратительное еле теплое кофе (видимо самое дешевое, растворимое). На мой вопрос - Do you have capuchino? Мне ответили очень аргументировано - Capuchino! и показали на кружку ужасного кофе из пакетика (( Как говорится - тут и сел печник... Естественно на след. дни этот завтрак я более не оплачивал. Дорого, холодно, не вкусно и не напоминайте мне больше об этом кофе ((((

Название отеля очень странное, его невозможно запомнить. Ни с первого, ни со второго, ни с третьего раза. Человек, придумавший такое нелепое название вряд ли был в здравом рассудке в момент полета своей мысли ) Единственное, что сразу запоминается это буква Z, но оказывается там вокруг еще несколько отелей этой сети и все они начинаются на Z.

В связи с этим вышел еще один казус, который меня дополнительно разочаровал. Когда у меня внезапно перестал работать WiFi, я подумал решить этот вопрос, позвонив по телефону, указанному на фирменной карточке-ключе от номера. В итоге выяснилось что номер, в котором я живу, не занят. И что я в нем не могу жить в принципе, так как туда никого не заселяют уже давно) Позже выяснилось, что на карточке указан номер самого главного из Z отелей, который находится где-то совсем в другом месте, поэтому они не были в курсе обо мне )

Непонятен смысл использования карточек-ключей, где указаны контакты совсем другого отеля... Ведь часто, те же таксисты, привозят туристов именно по тому месту, которое указано на карточке...

Мокрые и специально скомканные полотенца, которые мы положили на шезлонги возле своего домика, в надежде на то что персонал их поменяет на сухие, как только заметит, в итоге пролежали там сутки ((( Вместе с полотенцами на столике стояла тарелка полная кожурок от апельсинов и бананов, так же мечтавшая что бы ее поскорей унесли, но не тут то было. Любая уборка в данном отеле видимо проходит строго по графику и не чаще 1 раз в сутки...

В общем 4 звезды, только из-за уникальности внешнего убранства отеля, который реально тянет на 5. И жирные 3 звезды за все...
