Picked thIs hotel a little prematurely there seemed to be a selection of restaurants in the immediate area. However we went last out about 7.30 food and drinks everywhere closed, had to travel 1.6 kilometer north to find any sign of life. There is a Soi that joins beach road with the second road full of bars mainly girlie bars several resurants. It's not the high season admittedly even here 70% not open for business those that where had very few customers. The point being if you want to be closer to resurants shops and bars you would probably want to opt for a hotel / resort towards north beach area. ||PASO RESORT the rooms are spacious enough large comfy bed small but functional shower room. Just one chair and concrete dressing table no coffee making facilities in room, but does have a coffee / tea bar in reception. Only thing I would like to see is a kettle and coffee in the room but not a major issue since 7/11 is literally next door. ||||Very nice people at the front desk that were accommodating. Even after we checked out the housekeep ran down the stairs and returned a gold necklace to us that my wife forgot in the room. ||||I would definitely stay again next time I am in Cha-Am. For the price at 1,500 Baht it...
