I stay 2 nights at this hotel and would give it 5 stars for them. The location is good and the staffs are very friendly which is 1 of the most important keypoint. ||||The rooms are spacious and clean and i even curious and ask them to allow me to see other rooms which have 3 beds for family or friends with 3 in a groups.||||They even have free DVD to borrow for free and DVD player are provided in all their rooms. I love their fridge cos it is the biggest fridge i have even seen in any hotel room even 5 stars hotel. Read moreThe hotel is clean, comfortable and affordable. Staff is helpful and friendly. They even woke the chef up to make us club sandwiches before 6 AM so we could have breakfast on the way to the airport!||Downsides are: ||- Not much sound insulation from the hallway. Luckily for us all customers were very quiet when we stayed there, but I can imagine it would be a problem with louder groups that get back to their rooms late or talk loudly. ||- As mentioned in another review: There's about 200m of road with no sidewalk to get to the restaurants area. Not really a big deal, but kind of annoying.||||Traveler tip if you're landing in Ranong and going out of town: ||At the time we were traveling, Nok Air pricing was:||- Bangkok to Ranong morning flight: 4000 thb||- Ranong to Bangkok evening flight: 4000 thb||- Bangkok to Ranong evening flight: 2000 thb||- Ranong to Bangkok morning flight: 2000 thb||Travel from Bangkok in the evening, spend one night in town. At the end of your trip, spend one night in town and take the morning flight back to Bangkok, saving you 4000 thb per person and more than making up for the cost of 2...
Read moreA very clean reliable hotel. I stayed here twice in February 2016 and now twice in December 2017. All of my bookings were on the ground floor. Rooms were spotlessly clean and well outfitted: comfortable double bed, table and chairs, small desk, night stands, wardrobe, luggage racks, large fridge, TV (no English channels), toiletries, kettle, even a hair dryer. Lighting was excellent. Air con was whisper quiet and cold. Shower was warm, not quite hot enough for a rainy night. Although situated on a busy road, street noise was minimal. Walls are bare, thus the sound from the room and hallways echoes a bit. Was woken up a few times late at night by what sounded like slamming of doors. Back to the issue of the busy road, the hotel is located 200 meters from the main road through town. The 200 meter walk could be a bit sketchy (think: in the dark, in the rain), as there are no sidewalks and cars do not slow for pedestrians. In summary this is a nice safe clean option for an overnight stay in an...
