We were there on a Friday night in early march. The whole place was empty. I saw other reviews saying Friday and Saturday but I cannot recommend for a Friday. It didn't seem to be there. We left on Saturday morning so no idea if it...

Arrived during off season, no walking street but you can still "walk" up and down and have food and more shopping experiences. Our advice is to plan ahead if you wish to partake of the actual 'walking street experience '. Still...

Schuhe und Kleidung kaufen in Ranong( meist aus zweiter Hand) ! Das Geschäft ist leicht zu finden Samstags oder Sonntags am Anfang der Fußgängerzone. Ist wochentags auch ohne Fußgängerzone geöffnet! So auch wenige Meter weiter bekommt man Schuhe jeder Art! Mit etwas Glück passende gebrauchte neuwertige Markenschuhe/ Sportschuhe sehr günstig! Dieses Geschäft ist auch leicht zu finden am Samstags oder Sonntags am Anfang der Fußgängerzone. Ist wochentags auch ohne Fußgängerzone geöffnet!

Die gemütlichste Walking Street, die ich bisher in Thailand gesehen habe. Immer Samstag, allerdings nur in der Highseason. Hier gibt es Kultur, leckeres Essen, aber vor allem Lebensfreude und familiären-gesellschaftlichen Zusammenhalt. Wir waren am 02.02. dort. Insgesamt haben wir höchstens 30 Farangs gesehen. Die Thais feiern dieses Fest also nur für sich. Einfach herrlich.
