CorSushi Ranong — Restaurant in Ranong Province

I spent three nights in Ranong and I had two evenings at Kho Sushi.

The staff were helpful. I met both the owners and they were warm and friendly.

The first night I had the seaweed sushi and the Japanese pizza set menu and the kimchi.

It was so good! The second night they had a kids birthday party with a live band. The staff had a cake fight it was entertaining watching them.

As soon as I was ready to order one staff ran over with cake all over their face. I love it when the staff are having so much fun!

"คอซูชิ" ระนอง ที่จอดรถจอมแปะๆริมถนน บรรยากาศร้านออกแนวญี่ปุ่นๆหน่อย เห็นคนแถวนั้นว่าเชฟเป็นคนญี่ปุ่นด้วย ข้าวหน้าปลาดิบรวมสับ สำหรับเมนูนี้ก็คือนำเอาปลาดิบหลายๆชนิดนำมาสับสับ เป็นก้อนลูกเต๋า แล้วก็โปะลงไปบนข้าว แค่นั้นจริงๆ ๆไม่มีซอสไม่มีเครื่องอะไรใส่ เพื่อปรุงรสชาติให้กลมกล่อม หรืออร่อยยิ่งขึ้น สำหรับคนที่ชอบปลาดิบสับ เปล่าๆไม่ปรุงแต่งอะไร โปะลงบนข้าว ก็น่าจะชอบ ส่วนตัวคิดว่าน่าจะเป็นอะไรเข้าไปอีกสักเล็กน้อยก็ยังดี เพื่อเพิ่มรสชาติ แต่เท่าที่ดูที่ร้านน่าจะทำออกแนวสไตล์ญี่ปุ่น จืดจืด ยำปลาทูน่าเบิร์นไฟ น่าจะใช่นะจำชื่อเมนูไม่ค่อยได้ ทำออกมาหน้าตาดูน่ากินดี ในส่วนของรสชาตินั้น ก็ทั่วๆไป เนื้อปลาสดดี หมี่เย็นอร่อย ดีซอสเค็มๆกำลังดัฝี เส้นไม่ดิบไม่สุกไป มีจานใส่เครื่องมาโดยเฉพาะดูใส่ใจ สเต็กสันคอหมูซอสกระเทียม สำหรับเมนูนี้ ตอนแรกทานไปรู้สึกอร่อย แต่พอทานไปไม่กี่คำรู้สึกว่ามันเค็มมาก เท่าที่ลองกิน รสออกไปทางมิโซะมากกว่ากระเทียม เพราะรู้สึกว่ามันเค็มจนกลบรสชาติของกระเทียมและกลิ่นของกระเทียมไปจนหมด แซลม่อนสไปซี่ หรือยำแซลม่อนญี่ปุ่น ลืมอีกละ...

Location: The restaurant is located opposite Rattanarangsan Palace . And decorated in Japanese style.
