I have a serious complaint regarding to your service and policy (Your staff, K.Siam said it's your hotel policy)||||I stay at your hotels more than 10 times already and I even recommend your hotel to several of my business partners abroad as your hotel is closed to my office because I always received excellent service from your staffs but then the last two visiting of your hotels really disappoints me and I will never again show up to your hotel or recommend anyone to this hotel ever again!||||A couple weeks ago I stay at your hotel for one night at Jacuzzi suite for 2,200 baht, the check in went well and there were no any specific message about any hotel policy of yours.||||Then at night, I bought 2 bottles of beer to drink with friends and I called your staff, K.Siam, and ask for a bottle opener and want to order a bucket of ice then he said the restaurant is closed so there is no ice available ( I can accept and understand this) then he said he is alone and couldn't come up for the bottle opener?! What a strange service for the luxurious hotel of yours ,so i came down to the lobby then he said he couldn't give the bottle opener as it's against the hotel policy not to allowed guests to drink beer in the room?!?!? I never heard of any hotel that has such a policy even the cheapest and lowest rate hotel in the world and I tried to find any information about this from your website about this policy that you won't allowed guests to drink beer in their own room but I couldn't find it on any if your page at all and I was never informed by any of tour staff before. I do understand about no smoking allowed and I am a non smoker too so that's fine but you know what when I check in there is a smoking smell all over the room and I have to call the lobby to change my room but the staff said to me it's the last room available and the maid will come up for the refreshener spray so I said Ok. So it's mean than your hotel allowed to have smoking in the room but not allowed beer in the hotel room? It's not like I bought 10 bottles of beer. It's only 2 bottles! So I have to go out driving to the nearby 7-11 for this ridiculous bottle opener at midnight! Then the next day I checked out and I tried to forget about everything as I think it's might be the poor service from one staff.||||But today when I tried to have another check in, I met Mr.Siam once again then after he took my driving license and copied it (I know he recognize me from the last time coz I said to him it's a ridiculous policy of your hotel not to service your guests for a bottle opener the last time when he refuse to give me the botlle opener) and this time he said to me, I am on the black list for having beer in the hotel rooms the last time?!?! ||||Is this truly your hotel policy? If it is then how come I can't find it in your website and no staff informed me about this ever when I stay at your hotel more than 10 times?!?! As there were sometimes in the past that I even order beer and bought some bottles of beer to your hotel, I even remembered that your rate was higher and it was 2600 and 3200 baht a few years ago too as I always stay at your jacuzzi suite.||||But I will never set my foot at your hotel again and I will said it to other people to run away from your nightmare hotel as far as possible...
Read moreI was staying here with my girlfriend and not only was the staff so rude that my gf was allways upset after talking to the staff cause they where rude. I didn't know this before i payed for 3 day.||||We booked the Jacuzzi suite thinking we would realy spoil ourselfs but there was no internet cable in suite, The remote didn't work for more then 75cm and the amount of hot water the jacuzzi offered would need 24h to fill up a bath and then all would be cold agen.||We complained and technicians came to room and basicly told us thats best they can do. We complained some more and after talking to a new girl in reception we got a change of room to a normal suite since jacuzzi without hot water is useless. (only good experience was the talk with this girl that I cant remember name of) New suite didnt have jacuzzi but atleast 4 times more hot water to the bathtub so it was pure BS that they could not fix it to first room. Specially since the sink in Jacuzzi suite had alot more hot water.||||We could not get help with bags and we could not get help with calling a taxi. Every other meeting in reception was awfull and even tho i dont speak Thai i even felt offended at one point. Never any kind of polite hello when comming or going they where more interested in sitting in the lunchroom behind counter.||||Food was tasteless and felt old.||||All in all, out plan to have the best room of my stay in Thailand my last 3 days ended up been one of the worst rooms and we have slept in anything from 400B to...
Read moreI was booked here by the counterpart office whom I visited for this trip to Bangkok. It was a good choice considering proximity of this hotel to the Olympia Tower where I had my meeting, only short walk to MRT station and 1 station away. I arrived in Don Mueang and it took me less than 20 mins by taxi providing I asked the driver to get into the paid toll road.||||The lobby is quite decent, typical 3-stars hotel type although the front desk is rather small but effective in providing a reception service. The building looks old but when you get into the room, it shows they probably have done some works so it looks better and comfy.||||My stay can be considered a transit, only for one single night. I found room is acceptable, having all amenities you required even fir a longer stay than mine. They have sattelite TV with vast selection of channels, Thai and international. Bathroom is ok and having a rain shower head. You should feel have enough space to move around in the room, even when I only have Superior room.||||Breakfast is served at their only restaurant at the lobby level. Good selection of Asian/local menu like fried rice or noodle, if you more keen of Western menu they still have at least bacon, sausage, sunyny side up, salad and toast.||||For my short stay this is an acceptable and decent hotel but probably not if you are going with partner or family for...
