Super clean, tidy and comfortable place. Rooms are spacious with comfortable beds. The saltwater pool is fantastic. The outdoor areas are great for family or friends to hang out and chill. The owner/host is super friendly and very easy to talk to.

My friends and I had a wonderful time staying here for 2 weeks. The cleaners came every day to clean the place and we were very impressed by that service. The only issue with this place is its location. We had no problems with it since all of us are riders but if you don't ride it's a bit of a hassle. BUT it isn't situated far from shops, grocery stores, night markets or food. If you're willing to walk in the Phuket heat. You can reach all the things I mentioned in 10mins by foot.

Great place back off the main drag, at the end of a street. Very private, nicely outfitted, pretty space. The private pool is great, and price is reasonable for the quality. It is 4 units, two single units with their own kitchen and bathroom, and two two bedrooms that share a kitchen and each have their own bathroom. Only draw back is that you pay for electricity used. King is a great concierge and a nice guy....
