I did one of the vegetarian classes and really enjoyed it! Eing is a good teacher, she explains everything well and shows the steps first and then you can try yourself. You don't need any prior cooking experience. There is time to take pictures of all the ingredients and she sends you an email with all the recipes. The kitchen is outdoors in her garden, which is beautiful and makes for a great atmosphere. We made five different dishes and I could choose the order myself. There is time to eat after every single dish is ready. Be prepared to eat a lot, although you can take away what you don't finish. After the class there is the opportunity to visit a local market. Roger answers all your questions and shows you around. If you want to buy/try something, it is best to have smaller bills with you.
