Was given an 'upgrade' (without asking for it) from a superior king to some form of family unit (two-bedroom plus a common area/living room ) with a balcony. Unfortunately, the balcony window not wind proof. 32nd floor. Loud howling noise all the time.

I will modify this review somewhat if the hotel issues a refund for incomplete service.

The front office manager seemed to try to find excuses initially (change in weather in Thailand, ...), but did agree that it was not acceptable (stating that it was the first time this happened). He did remain professional throughout (good) and seemed apologetic about the issue overall.

In the end, it is clear, that the sealing was defective, in fact, so defective that even the curtain was waving around because of so much wind coming through. The front office manager offered a discount for future bookings (there will be none), which was declined by me. I demanded a refund, at least a partial refund. Let us see how the hotel resolves this.

The booking was for a friend who checked in close to midnight, I stayed elsewhere and only learned about the problem in the morning. Otherwise I would have demanded a change of rooms right then and there.

I (or friends of mine for whom I booked rooms) stayed at three Quarter by UHG hotels (Ari, Ladphrao and Phrompong) throughout the years on more than several occasions. In fact, I have uses them effectively exclusively over the past 4-5 years in Bangkok. Overall, my experience with them was good, but as of late less so, given this issue with Ari and recently also with Ladphrao. Given this recent experience I will give someone other than Quarter by UHG a try going forward.

Small update: the hotel did absolutely nothing. No contact initiated by the hotel. Avoid...

What can one say about this hotel. I don't want to sound exaggerate, but the hotel is truly beautiful. The hotel starts from 21st Floor to 33rd Floor. I happen to come across this hotel on Google maps and choose this hotel on the basis of Google reviews alone.

Firstly, the reception staff requires special mention. Specially Miss. Lisa and Miss Nat. They were very courteous and helpful to make the check-in stress free without any unwanted hassel. A smile make a big difference and they are the difference. So keep up the good work Miss Lisa and Miss Nat. Special thank you also goes to Mr Pop , Mr. Aon (I hope I got the names correct) they were at the reception in the night.

The rooms are large and very comfortable. The room window is large with breath taking view and you can enjoy the skyline whole day. The hotel provides all the tolitieries and the rooms are cleaned every day. The bed is soft and very comfortable.

The highlight is the infinity pool at 33rd Floor. The pool is very clean and can be used by people of all ages. The 33rd Floor also has the gym, which is a full fledged gym with all modern equipments.

The hotel is suitated in Ari. You can get both buses as well as BTS. Taxi is also easily available with app or otherwise, but don't forget to bargain before hand. The hotel building as 7eleven store gir daily needs, Starbucks, coffee shop, restaurants, beauty parlour.

Finally, thank you Mr. Lay to help us with the luggage during our check out and even helped us put the luggage in the taxi. He was sweet and full of life.

Thank you once again to all the hotel staff, though their names I can't remember, who collectively made sure we had a comfortable stay...

I was assigned a room with a broken air conditioner. When we informed the hotel staff about the issue, it took them 3 hours to respond, and they initially claimed that there were no available rooms due to being fully booked. However, upon calling again, we were informed by another staff member that there was a vacant room.

In the end we had to pack everything again in the hot room. Changing rooms caused us so much stress for us. But staffs kept stressing they are doing us a favor by offering another room and did not properly apologize for all the trouble we had to go through.

The replacement room we were given was inferior to the previous one, and the staffs had not apologized for the inconvenience.

The breakfast coupons were provided to us which is unsatisfactory (we did not include the breakfast on purpose so it was no use for us.)

Firstly, despite assurances that a technician had been dispatched to check the room, it took three hours for them to arrive.

Second, the reception staff misled us by stating there were no available rooms.

Third, when we made a complaint at the lobby, they just led us to the new room to follow. That‘s the measure they took.

Overall, the air conditioning in the hotel was not sufficient leading to discomfort from the heat.

Throughout the entire process, the staff's attitude was unwelcoming, unprofessional, and there was a lack of genuine hospitality. It was an extremely unpleasant experience, and it ruined the...

The hotel is in a mixed-use building, with offices on the lower floors and hotel rooms above. There’s a Starbucks and a 7-Eleven downstairs, which was super convenient. It’s not directly connected to the BTS, but that didn’t matter for me since I came by airport taxi. I booked a Standard room for one night and was pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a Premium room. Check-in was quick and easy, with 24-hour reception. THB 1,000 deposit was required. The bellman staff were super polite and helpful. The bed was comfy and I slept well. Bathroom was basic but clean. Laundry service is available too. The rooftop on the 33rd floor has a pool, gym, and bar. The pool faces the sunset side of the city—really nice view, even though the poolside area is a bit small. You also get a free welcome drink coupon to use at the bar. I ended up extending for another night, so I moved back to a Standard room. Standard rooms have sealed windows, so the air felt a bit humid. A few of the rooms I checked had a lingering cigarette smell—probably from the previous guest. The staff let me look at four different rooms and pick the best one, which I appreciated. Breakfast is on the 22nd floor in a bright space with a good view. Food was alright—not a big spread, but enough to start the day. The staff were friendly, and there’s a live egg station too.
