Really disappointment with the service. We booked the biggest room in this hotel the suite and a regular room so in total 2 rooms for my parents and for me being 5 months pregnant and my partner traveling with a baby. I have informed the hotel that we are traveling with a baby on numerous occasion prior to arrival. They don’t provide cot so I asked where can the baby sleep, and they reply to suggest on the sofabed which was fine. Upon arrival they refused to provide any sheets for the sofa bed or blanket said it’s additional charge of THB400. The fact that we paid full price including the headcount for a baby and they want to charge us more. Even the front service desk lady said if it was her she would just given us the sheets but her manager will not approve it. That really made us feel very unwelcome. We are not asking for an extra bed, we are only asking for the sheets. This is to protect their sofa from getting dirty when the baby sleep on. However their priority was to make more money from us then to make us feel welcome as a guess. I was very upset about this, as there was back and forth calls to the front desk and they took so long every time they got back to us. I do regret booking two premium rooms it wasn’t even cheap. I feel we have paid more than the service we have received. We come to Bangkok every year and this is the nearest hotel to our Thai family home, but they have made us feel like staying here in the future is no longer an option. I even wrote to them to express disappointment and no reply received. They don’t really care about their guests. In the end we just used their duvet cover for the main bed as sheets.|The cleaners are not consistent on when they come to clean the room even though you have the sign saying clean my room, they missed it on the first day. We had to call the front desk everyday after waiting for hours for the cleaners to make sure they come to clean the room.|Sleep is also very poor at night, the light from the front entrance was too bright which makes the bedroom bright to sleep. Asked them to switch off the lights and they never come back to us. Called again and request the same second night said will get back and didn’t get back at all. Then third night was told if they switch ours off they would have to switch the whole floor. Like it’s terrible. For the amount of money we paid and no sleep and no proper cleaning service, don’t get a reply when raising an enquiry only always say will get back to us and then you don’t hear from them, just...

I adored this place and had a wonderful 4-night stay. Am definitely returning for my next trip.

Front office staff were delightful. There was a lady (which i didn’t get the name of. Had brown hair pony tail and petite). She delivered great and personalized service. Of note, i observed that she was still courteous and service-oriented to both her colleague, who seemed new, and to the guests who had difficult in communicating.

Beautifully designed hotel. Reminded me of the old school HDB flats.

Great: Clean rooms. Found 2 eyelashes on my sheets on the first night but not a deal breaker as the rest of the room was very clean. Even the curtains looked fresh and smelled laundered.

Great service from both the front desk and security. The security guards even saluted me when i saw them.

Separate toilet and shower area.

Bidet in the toilet. Something simple yet not commonly in place.

Heavenly beds. Slept like a baby. Best hotel bed i’ve slept on thus far. The sheets played a great part.

The window seat. Thought it was bad that there weren’t any chairs or desk area. But the window seats made it all good. Lounged here most of the time.

Security. There were 2 security guards most of the time. They even helped to direct traffic while exiting the parking area. Rooms levels can only be accessed by keycard. Felt absolutely safe the entire time i was here.

Location. Albeit it being far from the BTS/MRT which didn’t affect me at all. I had no issues with getting a grab. There are cafes, street food, restaurants and a 7-11 near-by. Be immersed in the local culture!

Aircon temperature was consistent and not noisy.

Can be improved: No toothbrush provided. Probably could’ve provided disposable toothbrushes.

Water heater wasn’t consistently warm. Even setting at the hottest temperature wasn’t hot at all. Mostly warm. It would go cold in the middle of my shower at times.

Wasn’t provided with hand towels on my first two nights. Then there were 2 thereafter. Was bemused by this.

A small driveway. Cars had to do a 3-point turn to exit as there was only one way in and out. Some grab drivers might miss this turn also. I usually waited outside at the main road to counter this.

One of the challenge for hotels is consistency. Be it rooms, service or amenities. I loved my stay here and would hope to see the same, if not better experience during my next stay.

Highly...

🏆 NO.1 HOSTEL IN BANGKOK I had the privilege of staying here during their opening month in 2023 and returned a year later for 2nd stay. Delighted to see that their service standards hasn't dropped at all and the facilities conditions are extremely well maintained in new-ish condition. While I do miss their former luxurious Panpuri shower offerings and lotions, I understand the cost must have been too high. Still love the peppermint shower gels they now provided.

If you are not visiting Bangkok for the first time or, have extra budget to travel to town area and tourist sites, you will find the hostels here to be the most luxurious choice. Especially for digital nomads and those who seeks quiet relaxation by the pool & gym amenities.

It is located outside of town area, not in walking distance to any shopping malls. However from 7am-12pm, there is morning market filled with local food. Sufficient numbers of food stalls that operates till afternoon. A few street food at night. Again, ideally for those with higher transportation budget to visit town area or you can order GRAB Food.

🤩 Highlights ➊ Dedicated Coworking Space Beautiful coworking room on 3rd room. Comfortable premium chairs and lounge sofa. ➋ Gym & Pool Mini gym but ideal for private yoga. Pool is beautiful with recently added lounge seats where you can order cafe remotely. ➌ Remarkable Housekeeping Standards They offer daily change of towels and 1 bottle of water. Bathroom is cleaned on daily basis. ➍ 5 Stars Hotel Hospitality ➎ Premium Shower Experience Peppermint shower gels, shampoo and conditioner. Beautiful showers and toilet in bedroom made with brown marbles counters and premium stones flooring, ample natural light without sacrificing privacy. ❻ Beautiful Architecture In literally every spaces.

🙇🏻‍♀️ Downside ➊ Location ➋ No kitchen pantry or fridge unlike typical Thailand hostels.

📨 Feedback • Would be a better idea to provide a water refill station near reception desk. No need to keep providing a new bottle refills. If it has a hot water tap, even better.

🎧 Noise Level: Low 👯‍♀️ Majority Crowd: Mixed (Asian & Western) 🧼 Cleanliness: Sparkling Clean 🤵🏻‍♀️ Hospitality: Outstanding 🏨 Architect (International Benchmark): Outstanding (Designer Grade)

Great hotel in a lovely part of Bangkok and one of the most aesthetically pleasing and beautiful hotels I’ve stayed in so far! The price is quite reasonable across all room types so it doesn’t matter if you’re traveling on a budget or prefer upscale accommodation options since this hotel has something for everyone! The room I stayed in was incredibly comfortable and modernly furnished on top of being so spacious. The lobby was incredible and picture-perfect and every corner of the property is just very pleasing. The breakfast is delicious, readily served and varied in choices to suit all travelers. The staff all across the hotel is so welcoming, kind and friendly and that really makes the experience better. They have a special emphasis on facilities and amenities that make it easier for people to work if need be during their stay here. They also have a cafe located in the property which serves great coffee and snacks and should not be missed! Definitely worth a visit on your next trip to the capital of Thailand!

This hotel is new, clean and inexpensive. It has a cool architectural design and efficient interior design. I appreciate the pool situated in such an urban setting. It’s an oasis in the midst of a concrete jungle. Aside from that, there is nothing special about this hotel. I stayed here twice just to cut down on trip costs. The staff are polite and will help you if you ask for it. The hotel is far from the city center and there are no good restaurants nearby. I do appreciate they have a gym and a co-working area. They were very intentional about the space. I would classify this as 3-star money saving hotel. I would stay here again if I was on a budget, but I would keep my expectations low.
