CUT Raw & Grilled — Restaurant in Suan Chitlada Subdistrict

I was invited to a working dinner with an client’s executive at CUT. The place is built out of an old house and doesn’t have many tables, and a single floor across 2 rooms, but the decor was classy and with ample lighting.

I had the opportunity to enjoy their signature tomahawk, and A4 striploin. One of the big finds about this place is that the appetizers, and sides are just as amazing as their steaks themselves. The river prawn was also a sight to behold and tasted equally as good.

This is also one of the rare find that you can see dry aged salmon, used in several of their appetizers. Engawa sashimi, risotto, scallops, pasta were all amazing and well executed.

Service staff were equally as accommodating, attentive and prepared the room well for our business meeting.

I think their lunch offer is worth checking out-- that fried rice with wagyu was inspired AND delicious, as was the sauce it comes with. I also liked my hamachi sashimi. As for my photogenic engawa ikura don, while the engawa size was generous and it was great with the ponzu sauce... sadly the ikura wasn't seasoned well and the rice was strange and kind of mushy & bland. It dragged the whole experience down a bit, which is a shame at the price point. I would come back just for the wagyu...

I've been here in Bangkok for a month and a half. I tasted different food and eat in so many different restaurants, but have to say that this restaurant it was top of the top. Last night I have dinner at this restaurant with family and friends and only way to describe this restaurant is one word "EXCELLENT" The food as you can see on the pictures, it was amazing and super delicious. Complimented to the owner and his family. Thank you so much for your warm hospitality.

Sono qui a Bangkok da un mese e mezzo. Ho assaggiato cibi diversi e mangiato in così tanti ristoranti diversi, ma devo dire che questo ristorante era il top. Ieri sera ho cenato in questo ristorante con la famiglia e gli amici e l'unico modo per descrivere questo ristorante è una parola "ECCELLENTE" Il cibo, come puoi vedere nelle foto, era fantastico e super delizioso. Mbrëmë kam darkuar në këtë restorant me familjen dhe miqtë dhe mënyra e vetme për ta përshkruar këtë restorant është një fjalë "SHKELQYER" Ushqimi siç mund ta shihni në foto, ishte i mrekullueshëm dhe super i shijshëm.
