I recently had the pleasure of staying at GLOW Bangkok Riverside hotel, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the incredibly friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their warm smiles and willingness to help with any request truly set the tone for my visit.
The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. Every corner, from the lobby to my room, was spotless. It was evident that the hotel takes great pride in its attention to detail, ensuring that guests feel at ease and well-cared for during their stay.
My room offered a breathtaking view of the river, making each morning a delight as I sipped my coffee while basking in the serene landscape. The location of the hotel, right by the river, couldn't have been more perfect. It provided a tranquil and picturesque setting that was both relaxing and rejuvenating.
The food was absolutely delicious. Every meal was a culinary delight, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. The breakfast, in particular, was outstanding. Enjoying a hearty meal with a stunning view of the river was the perfect way to start each day.
The swimming pool was another standout feature. It was beautifully designed and maintained, offering a refreshing escape after a day of exploring the nearby attractions. The poolside area was equally inviting, perfect for lounging and soaking up the sun.
In summary, my stay at GLOW Bangkok Riverside was nothing short of exceptional. The combination of friendly staff, prime riverfront location, stunning views, pristine cleanliness, great gym, attention to detail, super fast internet, delicious food, and relaxing amenities made for a truly memorable experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a peaceful and...
Read moreI kinda have mixed feelings towards this hotel.
For me the location is not convenient for transportation. Because we travel as a family we would like to catch a taxi every time we go out. So we need to plan well to call Taxi via application. Of course, if you could walk the public transportation is about 4 to 5 minutes away by walking.
Personally, I think the tiles in the room are not suitable for being in a hotel room. This kind of tile gives a feeling of apartment or condominium. Especially when I just used the bathroom. The tiles in front of the bathroom were very slippery. Of course there was a foot scraper but it wasn’t enough when you have small children and the area of these tiles was big enough to cause a possible accident. Just my opinion…
The breakfast was so nice with lovely views every morning. Both Thai and and Western items were tasty! The staff overall were very friendly. But only one lady who didn’t have service mind. It’s Khun Pas. I think she’s the manager of F&B area. You could give remind customers friendly if they do something not right but not with those facial expressions. Such reluctant behaviors.
Although I really like and enjoyed the Riverside views, I don’t think this place is suitable...
Read moreGLOW Bangkok Riverside gave me an impressive and cost efficient stay that’s easy for me to go back to. The hotel is brand new so the infrastructure, furniture, and everything look really good. The view from the room and the pool was stunning. Th breakfast line is contented. All the staff were nice, provided wonderful service though on a busy day. They also gave away water guns since it’s Songkran! However, the cons are:1) There’s no in-door slippers and bathrobes available, as well as complimentary drinks/snacks, although advertised on booking sites’ description for my room type.2) The location is not easy to access. The entry alley is so narrow (one lane) while there’s a very steep ridge at the entrance, combining the tight and narrow underground parking lot, you have to be very careful driving in and out.3) The parking lot has no wheel stoppers, and the building structure makes it not easy to park or open doors.4) They lack in-door air-conditioned public areas, apart from the small lobby and the dining area that can fit only two small tables (the rest is outdoor, though shaded) so be prepared if you’re going on a hot day.Everything...
