I arrived in this beautiful hotel complex three days ago with my mother. Tired of the journey, we were welcomed by the wonderful, considerate and, above all, friendly hotel staff. And that was the first indication that we had really arrived in paradise for rest and enjoyment. And that's not surprising considering that this hotel is a green oasis, every street leading to the accommodation is adorned with countless flowers, palm trees, low and tall plants. The hotel has a main building and bungalows. I honestly don't know which part is more beautiful. The designers took care of every detail, from vases, jars, chandeliers, to daytime seating in hotel bars. In the rooms, everything is subordinated to the guest, his privacy and peace for rest. In the morning you will be woken up by the chirping of birds that are regular here due to the green environment of the plants found in this hotel. The staff is more than wonderful, the hosts, whose hospitality makes you want to book your vacation again at Paradise Palace for the next year. Meals are varied, adapted to each guest. And now, as I write this, a bird is humming in the palm tree on my terrace. A truly amazingly beautiful amtnosphere. As for the beach and the sea, it is a special experience. The beach is extremely long, there are hotel deckchairs on it, which you reach by walking on the sand, which is as soft as cashmere, the access to the sea is good, gradual, first there is shallow water, then deeper water. The seabed is sandy and comfortable, the water is transparent and very clean. I am very much looking forward to every new day in this royal palace. And when I finish my vacation here I will write you a detailed report. Until then, plan your vacation at this wonderful hotel complex in Hammamet. Two days ago we returned from Hammamet and the Paradise Palace hotel. From the first day of reception to the last day and sending off the hotel staff with Ms. Ursula and Mr. Chaabane the manager who are the real hosts of a wonderful hotel chain. The hotel, as I already wrote in one of the reviews, has the main hotel building, beautiful bungalows located in the green paradise gardens surrounded by palm trees, bogumillas and other wonderful greenery that makes you feel relaxed and very comfortable, there are also superior rooms with with a view of the pool, which belongs to the relax and peaceful zone without music and noise. Hygiene in hotel rooms is at the highest level. Hard-working hygienists clean the rooms with a smile every day and replace clean towels, bottled water and bath chemicals. As for the bars, there are several of them, the central one is in the hotel building and another 4 are divided into two pools each, one on the beach and one next to it. You don't know where the staff is kinder and more helpful with always a smile and a nice story. The food is good, varied. The waiters are wonderful, and the best impression of a great professional was left on us by Mr. Abdelkader, who made every lunch and dinner even more pleasant. The beach is beautiful with wonderful sand, the sea is beautiful, the waves are gentle. All in all, a hotel that can accommodate over 1,500 people and keep everything under control is to be commended. We look forward to staying at Paradise Palace again.

Read my review! Me and my wife have just returned home from a week's holiday here. From day 1 this hotel was perfect. Upon arrival the reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the lobby was impressive with huge chandeliers and plenty of seating, we requested to change our room to somewhere more out of the way for no extra charge. The room we were given was very clean and well kept, very spacious and a romantic setting. We had a TV, Aircon, WiFi and a king size bed, on top of this the bath was very relaxing. The cleaners attended to our room daily, and cleaned/tidied up, changed bedding, gave us new bottled water and also clean towels. The grounds were kept maintained and full of greenery, different flowers were scattered around the complex, the place always felt clean. There were two outdoor pools, one with entertainment and music, the other was out of the way and more for relaxing, we spent a lot of time at the quiet pool which was perfect for reading. Breakfast was ok, probably the only area of improvement could have been more variety here. Lunch was at the beach when ever the weather was nice, which made for a nice setting looking at the sea, the food was great and always cooked fresh, the waiters were always on hand to refill your drinks when you run out, and also to take away your plates when you finish, they were very polite and also very professional. More fresh fruit selection would have been nice. Dinner was in the main diner hall, again, the food was very nice, cooked fresh and something new every day, we really enjoyed the dinners here. And again the waiters were perfect, it felt like a 5 star experience. The beach bar was great for snacks and drinks through out the day, they always had pizza or sandwiches to choose from if you're feeling hungry (which you probably won't) Mohammed who worked behind the bar was a huge credit to the hotel, very friendly and always looking out for you. They also have a Spa, which is priced pretty reasonably, a 30 minute massage was £15, and was very nice! The beach was stunning, with palm trees and white sand, loads of lounges, and security to keep you feeling 'safe' A big bonus was the WiFi covered every square inch of the hotel including part of the beach. The shisha bar was also a good spot at night, they would play the sports on TV and offer tea and shisha to smoke. There was a cash point on site, very easy to use. A big shop on site with most items you need. Also ignore Ben's review

This is my personal account of the experience I had at this hotel. Upon arrival at Hotel Paradis Palace in Hammamet, I was confronted with conditions that no traveler should ever have to put up with, let alone in a place claiming a “FOUR-STAR” rating. My initial room’s toilet had a pubic hair on the lid and a toilet seat stained yellow where it meets the lid, clearly uncleaned for a very long time. The bathtub’s interior was coated with yellowish gunk, and the sink area was a festival of dried stains and hardened residue, with the tap harboring limescale, grime, and possible mold. Checking under the double bed’s mattress revealed a filthy underframe strewn with hair and debris. As for the single beds, one had a stained duvet and underneath it, black mold or entrenched dirt and an unsettling brown streak; the other single bed’s underside supported yellow mold or spores(?). In short, this was a scene of unabashed negligence and glaring violations of basic health standards. After complaining, I was moved to a sea-view room which, while not as egregiously filthy, still fell below any acceptable standard of cleanliness. To cap it off, on my final night, a cockroach appeared, a cherry on top of the overall cake of disgust. Though the buffet and bar staff were friendly and attentive, and the desk manager kindly allowed me to print my emergency flight details (I had to return home due to a medical issue), their politeness could never compensate for the filthy conditions I was met with. This hotel’s audacity in branding itself as four-star is nothing short of a dangerous mockery. Cleanliness, sanitation, and safe food handling are fundamental requirements, not optional luxuries. Here, they were shockingly absent. If you value your health, your dignity, and even the most basic standards of hygiene, I would personally avoid Hotel Paradis Palace. After all I experienced, from the filthy rooms and mold-ridden mattresses to the cockroach that followed, calling this a “holiday” would be a joke.

Hi, I came back from this hotel a few days ago and decided to write a review. We thought for a long time about choosing a hotel (one that would be affordable), most of them had really negative reviews that discouraged us from coming to Tunisia. We chose Paradis Palace because of all the hotels we looked at, this one seemed the best, and we were not disappointed :)) I will start by describing the strengths of the hotel because there are definitely more of them than the weaknesses. Appearance and cleanliness of the hotel: when it comes to cleanliness, it's really okay, the ladies clean every day (the ladies only speak French, so you won't get along with them in English 😅) The appearance of the hotel itself is also fine, although the hotel is a bit old (like most of these hotels) but I really have nothing to complain about Food: The breakfasts were average. great lunches and dinners! A really large selection, everyone will find something for themselves, the biggest hit during my stay was pizza and hot donuts made by the lady 😁 if you want to skip the queues, come right away when they start serving meals, then there are delicate queues but also not very long (there are a lot of people so it's not surprising) Breakfast and dinner were served in the internal restaurant and lunch and snacks were served in two external points close to the beach and swimming pool Service: amazing service, everyone very nice and smiling :)) Animators deserve a special mention!! They were great, in the morning they run animations at the pool, in the evening - daily evening animations, and after evening animations they take care of the good fun of guests at the disco. They walk all day and encourage various activities, for example playing volleyball on the beach, they are very friendly, smiling, happy to talk to everyone. My favorite was Simon, this guy can talk in many languages, I think he knows all the guests in the hotel🤣 he's seriously amazing, your stay in Paradis won't be boring with him! Beach and pools: The beach is nice and clean with plenty of sunbeds There are as many as 3 swimming pools, one is the one with music and animations all day long, the other one with a slide, and the third one in the so-called "quiet zone" where there is no music, no animation and it is quiet, it will be good for people who want to relax in silence, there are also the fewest people around him. The pools are of different depths, so there is also something for children 😉 They are clean, but it's a bit more difficult with sunbeds, especially with this pool with animations, but I will describe it in more detail when I go to the minuses. The hotel grounds: it is very large, the whole garden is really well-kept, there are beautiful palm trees, everything is really great! Discos: daily from 11pm to 2am at the beach bar

Now let's move on to the worse parts: Sunbeds by the pool: people can take them at 6/7 in the morning and come to them only after lunch...if you want to find 1 or 2 sunbeds next to each other you should be able to do it, but if you want more it can be hard :(( The size and availability of drinks: they are served in really very small cups, which means you have to go to the bar all the time and they are served only in one bar, which is, for example, far from the beach, usually drinks and beer are served in all, but also in tiny cups. It would be nice if you gave bigger cups ;) The pool is only open until 6 pm: it's a small minus but maybe it will be important for someone Bar close after 11pm: after 11pm we will not have a drink or ordinary drink, unless for a fee In the rooms in the building until 11 pm you will hear loud music from the animation, it didn't bother me but it may bother someone so I'm telling you, but it's a small problem because if you choose a bungalow you won't hear anything

Generally, we recommend holidays in Paradis Palace, if we are ever in Tunisia again, we will...

I have no words how disappointed i am. We waited for this vacation so much. The hotel was really dirty and old, worn out, used. It looks wonderful but really need restoration! First we got the wrong room which was a bungalow. Now that was dirty as hell too. The doors could bot be locked and the tap was hanging out from the wall above the bath tub. The beds were hard like stone. And the room attendants came inside without knocking...no matter you but naked, sleeping, whatever. So we asked for another which we have booked actually. The answer was; may be we will see if it is possible... 😶 Next day we got a new one, less dirty and less trashed. We're traveling with our 2 and a half daughter. So we were concerned about cleanliness and stuff. But i had to pay (tip in advance ) to get like clean towels basic cleaning like daylie or every other day 😧. I know hot it works there if you just ask something you have to tip. Pathetic. Whatever we did. I met cockroaches in the bath an other bugs in the room. No comment. Over the food at the first day i thought good but it was every day the same. No matter if it was "asian night" or "Italian" it was not even close to that. And the waiter and one of HEADWAITER were so arrogant. And they showed us attitude all the time. Like they don't want to work, or serve us. Or may be because we do not speak french, or Russian...i don't know. But they were nice to my daughter all the time. So at the end of the 8 day we eat 🍕 because the food was so boring. The sweet pastries were old. The guys in the lunch time buffet did not help at all. Not to explain what we eating (oh sorry they do not speak English, but make stupid jokes and whet. You ask what is going on because you don't get it, they just making faces with the hand motion like "ok fucc of" Don't get me wrong i was in this business for long time. I've worked on cruise ships for years, i know about talking with hands..but these were unmistakable. ) So, there was a lot of in the line standing for: coffee, food, plates and so on. Oh by the way coffee. After lunch i went to the bar close to the pool, to get a nice coffee. There were two waiter standing in the storage room doorway having conversations in they're own language. When i stopped by the bar and look at them, nothing. I said good afternoon and i asked for a cup of coffee the man started pushing the young woman to get to work. The woman shaked herself and maked faces and it was obvious she does not want to make it. My jaw was dropped. And they started arguing that she has to do it. I ask her if she is not in the mood...but no answer. Just the look from the man behind; get the coffee shut up and leave. Excuse me!!! But they were like this almost to everyone. I saw many times, making fun and swear ing on older people and so on. Almost everyone from the servers looked upset, bored, tired, i don't know. Respect for the Animators stuff the y were treating us like guests. So 1000 words i could write a whole longer review but i guess it's useless. De location is stunning if you don't count the pushie baggers with bonie 🐫, 🐎, donkeys. Maybe this hotel was a 4 🌟 once upon a time but definitely not now days. Maybe it was a magical place where you could just forget your everyday stress or work. But now it's just a nother stress source for your vacation. Have a good they all. It's up to you... (Most of the foto's what you see i think its old. I saw our room...it is not like that anymore. Or from a...

Hygiene |There is a real issue with flies at this hotel, they are everywhere! All over the food at the lunch time buffet which is inside but has open doors. Staff don’t seemed fazed by them and there appears to be no efforts to combat the problem. The flies are also all around the pool area, you will spend a lot of your time whilst laying on the lounger, trying to zap the flies away from you. In the local town, whilst eating out several times, there was a normal amount of flies, nothing like the hotel which suggests there is some sort of issue with the hotel. ||Rooms|The rooms are generally ok, the bed, mattress and pillows were comfortable, however there are some issues including a lack of power sockets. One room I stayed in, had only one power socket. The fridge was noisy but not very good at cooling. ||Pools|The hotel has one main pool area which is fairly large and made up of several sections, some of which are connected including one slide. In October the pool was not heated and quite cold, the sea was warmer. There is also a quiet pool located on the other side of the resort, in which you are not allowed to play music or be loud, ideal for those wanting some peace! ||There are plenty of loungers and no need to get up early to fight for one. They have comfortable cushions however the is not enough height settings on the loungers, which results in you not being able sit up straight and lean back. The cushions are removed every evening and have to be moved back to your lounger in the morning, the pool staff were helpful with this and often moved these for you. ||Food & Drink|The breakfast and lunch time buffet were almost always the same foods with very little change. The evening buffet had some more choice and variety, however the food was often lukewarm. ||The drinks selection included in the all inclusive is quite poor. Soft drinks include Coke, Fanta and Lemonade. No diet soft drinks available. The are no fountain machines like in many all inclusive resorts, staff pour you are a beaker or glass of soft drink, which is small and would not fill water bottles with soft drinks. There are some slushies and juice drinks also available. The alcohol included in the all inclusive is limited, you can have cocktails such as piña coladas and margaritas from the lounge bar, however these cost around 5 Euros. The wine which is included in the all inclusive was very nice however. There is plenty of bottled water available. ||Staff|On the whole, the staff were friendly and welcoming. The waiters around the pool which serve you drinks to your loungers were very good and attentive, in particular Izzy. The evening buffet waiters were also very good. Reception staff were ok but not particularly helpful. ||Facilities |The WiFi was strong throughout the resort and had very few issues. The spa was ok, i have experienced better. It was around £60 for what was sold as a seaweed wrap and massage, which is quite cheap compared to other European hotels. The seaweed wrap was poor, nothing like the images as shown in the brochure which don’t include any prices. The massage was good however. ||There is a fee to use the room safe (I would not bother, an easy pull would have the safe off the wall), around £5 to hire a pool towel, which can only be changed once a week. When I attempted to change it after a week for a fresh one, I was told they don’t have any clean. ||On the whole, I would not return...
