We had a three night booking, and we arranged an airport pick-up with the hotel. No one showed up when we landed.||||Then we headed to the hotel,on arrival they didn't have the room for us and the three guys at the reception were laughing, joking, and saying it was impossible to give us a room as it was not confirmed, even showing them their own email confirming the stay.||One of them said he forgot..the other one said no room was confirmed...hilarious.||||Once they could see the anger in our faces, they proposed us as a solution, to take a triple room ( more expensive ). After arguing for a few minutes they agreed to give us that room at the price we had in our confirmation, they only apologized once we were uopstairs and one of the guys come up to the room to say I'm sorry and offered us one night heating for free (normally expect to pay 20td a night a/c - heating)||||Next day we had to move to a double room.||||Cleanliness is average, Maintenance is awful (Non ofthe TV's were working, There was not hot water the second morning, and the toilet light wouldn't work), and breakfast is OK, like most of the small hotels in Tunis consists on: muffin, bread, butter, figs jam and coffee. The funny part of the breakfast was when we saw the jam's expiry date: 06/18 (We stayed on dec 28th).||||As a budget-minded traveller I expect very few things bearing in mind the price I pay but this...||||This...

I have always got a good night's sleep here. The hotel is kept spotlessly clean.||The reception area has internet access. Off the reception is the breakfast room where you can enjoy fresh coffee and bread and jam from 7 to 9.30 every morning. The hotel is quiet and is within walking distance of the centre of Tozeur. The hotel also arranges tours and excursions with an excellent tour guide, Ali Saadi. He is a local guide who can take you into the desert, to the Star Wars attractions and local villages and more, just ask at reception.||I am happy to...
