Outstanding Stay and Exceptional Service!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this place and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with clean and comfortable rooms that made me feel right at home. The amenities were top-notch and everything was well-organized and convenient.

What truly stood out during my stay, however, was the outstanding customer service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my visit was perfect. I would like to give special recognition to a staff member named Efe, who exemplified the highest standards of hospitality. Effort was incredibly attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with a smile. Whether it was providing local recommendations or ensuring my room was perfectly prepared, Effort’s dedication to excellent service made my stay unforgettable.

Excellent, true-4-star hotel offering very good value for money. We are staying in a non smoking room on the first floor. The room is quiet and very clean, bed and pillows are extremely comfortable. Toiletries are of good quality, shower pressure is very strong, WiFi is fast, there is a stocked mini bar fridge and kettle in the room with tea and coffee. The room is spacious enough, air conditioner works well. The room feels modern, and quality.

Above average buffet breakfast is included in our rate. We received great service from all the staff, reception, cleaning, room service and restaurant. All staff speak good English, which was a pleasant surprise. Everyone is polite, dressed well and tidy.

The lunch we ordered in the room was delicious, well presented and moderately priced. Free parking is available right outside. The location is on a hill, in a quiet street yet only a short walk to Migros supermarket and restaurants. We like the hotel a lot and extended our stay. The price is really good for what you get.
