Niza Park Otel — Hotel in Çankaya

I have been staying here for over a year for the sake of some staff and location. Normally you expect to be treated better way as a loyal customer but every time I stay at this hotel the same guy has never been nice and polite. |Finally this morning as my return was late hour, I asked for late (2.30 pm) check out (before I witnessed so many times that they allowed Arabic customers for late check out like 5.00 pm).. however the person -in his 40’s with less hair- who works in reception not only he rejected my request in unprofessional way, when I asked the reason (the hotel wasn’t full at all) was also so rude to me. Every time I stayed there he was always rude. However I constantly went back there for the sake of other kind staff. The guy that I mention doesn’t even look at your face when speaking and wasn’t very apologetic for his behavior at all and it is shame really to see a man talking to a woman like that, let alone a staff. ||So this time as a paying customer I won’t be tolerating this kind of rudeness. Even though the location is good and some stuff are really helpful, the rooms are not the way they appear in the pictures; they are not very clean and there is always a funny smell in them. The beds, the mattresses and the bathrooms are very old that one cannot be sure their cleanliness. They allow smoking in the rooms which is not very appropriate for non smokers. It didn’t matter how much I air the room, still smelled awful. ||I definitely won’t be back and I just wanted people to know the situations and what kind of person runs...

We had to go to Ankara for administrative work related to the Canadian Embassy, ​​and after checking the hotels, we found out that Niza Park Hotel is only a few minutes away from the Canadian Embassy, ​​so we chose this hotel and immediately after arriving at the hotel, we were completely satisfied with our choice. Our room was big, clean and tidy with a big closet for shoes and clothes and of course a safe box. All the staff were nice and helpful. The atmosphere of the hotel was quiet and cozy and it had a very good bar and varied breakfast, and finally, easy and quick access to the main and important streets of Ankara.
